My family and I enjoyed the unit. The check in process was easy and we were able to access the property early at no additional cost. The only issues I had were inside the fridge wasn’t cleaned good, there isn’t a lock on the upstairs balcony door and the beds seemed to be smaller than queen size. But overall my family and I enjoyed the stay, the location was great- very short walking distance to the beach and very close to great food and grocery stores.

The pictures from the site do NO JUSTICE to how it actually looks!!! Absolutely beautiful property !! Quiet neighborhood, Amazing harbor view, I loved seeing the Crab Island boats pass by from the balcony. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book again

BEACH VACAY

My entire family enjoyed this townhouse very much. There was plenty of room for 6 adults. Walk to beach is 5 minutes and we loved eating at Stewbys and enjoyed the Backporch in Destin. ( go early 4 or 5) Okaloosa is our new favorite beach vacation.

Overall - the stay was good. Not excellent - not terrible. The dishwasher flooded the first day/first time use - so I lost majority of sunlight vacation day waiting for a contractor to come fix it ((no ETA provided.)) I was told I didn't have to wait for someone, after hours of already waiting. I don't let strangers into my home without my presence and protection over personal belongings. I wasn't about to allow a stranger into the condo where my family was staying and had their personal belongings. I was not offered a refund or any compensation for losing a day for an issue that was not a problem caused by us but required a stranger coming into our space. Overall it was clean. Few wads of hair that were missed in the cleaning process but we did get to check in about an hour early so the trade off works for not having to find somewhere to hang with a car full of family during a downpour.There is not a dresser in the rooms to put clothes into for a longer stay. Enough storage can work for a few day trip but a full family, it would've helped to have more drawer space to out clothes away to be more "homey". Extra closet space - bring hangers.No dock access. Photos made it appear we would be able to go out on the docks. The was a bummer. Big reason why we booked. Beach access is going one way or the other around the big buildings across the street. Fine for able bodied adults and older kids. Rougher walk for older folks and little legs. Wagon and grill were nice to have.
