This amazing home overlooking the ocean with private pool will blow your mind with the most priceless sunsets of Mexico!

A fantastic vacation rental home in a safe community on a well-known surfing beach. Read, relax, walk or jog, swim in the ocean, go fishing…and Punta Mita restaurants, shopping and nightlife are just a 10-minute drive away.

Casa Cupolas 31 is a modern, impeccably designed home that takes advantage of the extraordinary views of the ocean and mountains of the Bahia de Banderas. Enjoy the ocean breeze on the beautiful terraces while relaxing by the private pool or outside your ensuite bedroom.

The interior design influenced by Mexican artisans will make you will feel immersed in the local culture while you enjoy your stay in this serene and private location.

The house is open floor plan concept and includes a modern kitchen and amenities.

The Great Room opens to the terrace and swimming pool. The terrace is a perfect place to take a nap, read or play games. There is also a outdoor dining area that seats 8 and an outdoor gas grill.

The Living Areas include: a great room, indoor dining area, and kitchen.

The house includes a study/den with a desk providing the opportunity for remote work.

There are four bedrooms. Each has an individual air conditioner, ceiling fan. Three bedrooms have king beds, with an en suite bathroom and closest. The Master Bathroom has double sinks, a walk-in closet area and space to set up a massage table for in-home massages and facial services. Three bedrooms have a view of the ocean and have private terraces.

The Second Floor has a TV viewing area for streaming movies or sports.

Modern amenities include air conditioning, washer & dryer, and high speed wi-fi.

Casa Cupolas is located in gated community staffed 24 x 7 to protect the privacy of the community.

The home is exquisitely designed to a accommodate 6 adult guests comfortably and the bunk room can accommodate two children.

The house is 100 feet from the ocean, with easy access to a wonderful mile-long private sandy beach that is well known as the “Burros Break” among surfing enthusiasts.

Daily maid service is provided.

Personal chef service can be arranged separately for an additional fee.

Casa Cupolas is located about 30 minutes North of the Puerto Vallarta International airport. Transportation to and from the airport can be provided for an additional cost.

In-home massage and facial services can be arranged at an additional cost.

What a wonderful stay we had! This property was better than the listing indicated. Spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, comfy beds and linens, stocked kitchen for cooking. Short walk to the quiet private swimmable beach. We also really enjoyed Jasmin and house staff, all wonderful people. We would love to come back!
