Great for large groups

Me and 16 other people stayed here. It was a great stay and the owner was very easy to talk to and to book the house. Great views and area would highly recommend.

We booked this property for a family reunion with members ranging from 10 months to 91 years. The setup was perfect with multiple spaces for gatherings (and quiet times). Very clean, beautifully decorated. Very responsive host. We would enthusiastically book again.

Accommodation

The accommodation was clean and in a fantastic location. The host responded to queries super fast. The only reason I didn’t give the highest score was due to hair on the beds, but it wasn’t a big issue—we quickly washed and dried them and were good to go! Would definitely stay again.

Family reunion

This place was spacious and had plenty of options for things to do and spread out or be together. We were a family reunion of 20. Would definitely reccomend. Close to beach also as well as breweries and wineries.

Cousins Bach Bash

We had a cousin Bach bash for my son and future daughter in law with all of my nieces, nephews and their significant others, pulse aunts and uncles. There were 26 of us. The 2 townhomes worked perfectly we had an absolute blast, ages ranged from 21-57, enough beds for all. Let me tell you it didn’t matter if there were single beds or bunk beds, it was a competition to see who was going to get what bed no matter what age. I have to say the highlight of the house was the rooftop bar,we loved it and that’s where we all hung out most of the time we were there. BIG HIT!! Although the whole both houses are great and I would recommend to anyone. Definitely would come back . The host Jason responded quickly and was a pleasure to work with

Based on the online listing we were very excited for our stay. We were a group of 15 college friends, all women over the age of 65. When we arrived we were surprised to find that the sleeping accommodations were not accurately represented online, with 18 of the beds being either bunks or trundles. We spent the first 1.5 hours of our stay rearranging room assignments to make everyone comfortable. The 4 bedrooms with the bunk beds were so small that when we used the pullout trundle, there was no room to walk or store luggage. Disappointing and a stressful way to start. We preassign rooms specifically to avoid this scenario.The property was extremely dirty. The floors were filthy and in many bathrooms tiles were loose or broken. The furniture was stained. There was water damage and loose drywall on the ceiling in one of the kitchens. One of the pullout sofas, which we needed to use was broken and never repaired during our stay, even after a maintenance call. One of the showers was unusable due to a broken plumbing fixture. The rooftop is a lovely space but looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, covered with leaves and debris.Prior to our arrival, the hosts seemed great and communication was good. Once we arrived we had communication only with the mgmt co which was not good. When they asked for a 5 star rating, I explained why we couldn't do that. I received a response from an admin asst that simply said they were sorry but happy we still had a good time.
