The property manager, Agustin, was an absolute pro! They were prompt, friendly and proactive. The spa at Oleo was very nice, and Nataly there was great.Hats off to Gustavo at reception and Raul for getting me signed up for a membership that my family and I will enjoy.

Yes check in process was efficient. Would like to have had bed linen cleaned atleast once during stay. Thank you for all you did do for transportation easiness and answering text promptly.
