RECENTLY RENOVATED IN MARCH 2024! Just a few blocks from the beach with easy walkability to all Cape May has to offer. Be one of the first to stay in this 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom family-sized condo that includes a queen sleeper sofa comfortably accommodating 6 guests.

*Two on-site parking spots are included*

Other amenities include:
Upgraded in-unit washer and dryer, outdoor shower, private shed with plenty of room for bicycles and beach supplies (4 chairs and 2 umbrellas are provided), 2 smart TV's, full kitchen with coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, as well as cooking-ware and utensils.

In the primary bedroom you will find a brand new king sized mattress, smart TV, plenty of storage, and an en suite full bathroom.

The secondary bedroom has a new queen sized mattress with access to the second full bathroom in the hallway. This bathroom has a shower/tub perfect for children, and a newborn tub can be provided upon request.

Linens and towels are provided for guests.

The living room has a new sleeper sofa equipped with a queen sized memory foam mattress. Smart TV and games!

Enjoy eating at the breakfast nook, or working from home with high speed WiFi internet.

The screened-in porch has a large outdoor dining table suitable for 6. Enjoy the ocean breeze with your morning cup of coffee!

Terrific long weekend!

Loved the entire experience! Perfectly located just close enough to Washington Street Mall, beach, and all the fun things Cape May has to offer…slept 6 of us beautifully with 2 12 year-olds. Terrific coffee and French bakery across the street!

This rental was the perfect size for our family. It was so clean and welcoming. The location was perfect and we walked to everything, didn’t use our car once! The host even provided the essentials needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and apartment. Host was always prompt in any questions. The place is very comfortable and accommodating. The location is also a short walk to many shops, restaurants and downtown along with being a short walk to the beach.

We really liked everything about this rental. The location was great. The place was very clean and updated. The beds were comfy and the neighbor hood was quiet. The small bathroom in the larger bedroom was the only inconvenience. I would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay in this exceptionally clean ,and well stocked condo. Just as pictured. Very nice decor , and layout . Great to have two parking spots, and beach chairs to use .Even included a welcome bag with a few essentials.Close walk to Washington Mall, restaurants , and beach. We had a great stay in this apartment! Off-street parking was convenient. Close enough to walk easily to all of the Cape May classic spots and the beach. The space was clean and we appreciated Len and Jess supplying some basics to make for an easy extended weekend. Thanks for having us!

We just got home after our 4 nights at this property and it was perfect! The unit was exactly as pictured and spotless. The owner was communicative and gave us great suggestions for our first visit to Cape May. We loved the easy walk to the beach (and beach chairs) and to town for excellent restaurants and bars. There was a little welcome bag with items that came in handy, such as a forgotten toothbrush. We had such an amazing stay and would definitely recommend!

Amazing Place!! Centrally located & everything you need.

This property was absolutely lovely!! It was clean and had everything we needed (comfy beds, smart TVs, pots & pans & dishes, beach supplies). The location was perfect! The property is a little west of the main downtown area, giving it a quieter & more relaxing feel, while also being within walking distance of the beach, washington street, and wonderful restaurants, mini golf, and shopping. It’s also a short bike ride to sunset beach & the lighthouse. Leonard was always very quick to respond and very accommodating!! Checking in was smooth! Leonard does a great job with this property and I highly recommend!!

Beautiful property! Amazingly renovated condo so close to everything! Well maintained, beautifully decorated, convenient to shopping and restaurants. The two parking spots included and the washer and dryer were both clutch. Everything you could possibly need was taken care of. We will definitely be back! I wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderfully nice and clean

We stayed there this past weekend and the condo was in amazing condition and very nice and modern. It had 2 very safe and large parking spots and 2 very nice sized bedrooms and a nice and very modern living room and kitchen area. Very convenient for a nice and classy place to get some coffee and breakfast and a short walk to downtown Cape May. The nice screened in porch will be very nice in the summertime. The owners always got right back to me to answer questions that I had.

This is a cute little condo that had great amenities. We liked that sheets, towels, toilet paper and paper towels were provided. There is a large smart tv in the living room and master bedroom. Conveniently located and two parking spots are provided. Leonard is a wonderful host and gets back to you almost immediately with any needs or questions. I highly recommend this rental.
