Large space, kitchen had plenty of cookware and plateware. Plenty of blankets, stocked bathrooms. Overall this location had everything my group needed for our stay. 10/10!

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
1) Cleanliness was substandard — Owner sent cleaning team out to fix promptly.2) Carbon Monoxide detector had no battery — Owner doordashed new detector promptly.3) Listing had Air Conditioning — it was a Swamp Cooler; had we known that, we would not have booked.4) A Roach/blunt was found in the home that smelled exactly like marijuana — with a family of 4 young children, this was unacceptable due to the potential of them possibly finding more — left the home and owner will not reimburse, still trying to get reimbursement from credit card — unnecessary disaster.

We strive to provide a five-star experience and apologize that your stay did not meet expectations. The concerns raised were promptly addressed, and additional solutions were offered where appropriate. However, those offers were either declined or went unanswered. We made every reasonable effort to resolve the concerns during the stay; however, due to the lack of response and supporting evidence, a refund was not offered.
