Quaint Cottage near Rail Trail & Downtown Chatham.
Quaint 2 bedroom home on quiet street. Cozy and comfortable with lots of extra sleeping space available in partially finished basement which boasts additional king size bed, 2 twin beds and a small sitting area. There is a trundle and queen upstairs. Pretty views of a cranberry bog from the deck and just a short drive to Oyster Pond Beach and the village. Cape Cod Rail Trail is just up the road and White Pond public pond access is just a short walk away. 4 window A/C units in the living room, bedrooms and basement plus Wi-Fi.
