This property has a shared outdoor shower ( behind Sand Dune Cottage) to rinse off the sand and salt from a day in the waves. Great location to join "The Loop" and walk to Oyster Pond Beach, Lighthouse Beach or downtown for all of your shopping, dining and entertainment. Cute cottage in great location! Needs a few updates with glasses, dishes, bedding, and a couch not a love seat. We loved Chatham and the Cape!

Charming Cottage in a Great Location

I really enjoyed my stay. The cottage was perfectly located and had everything I needed. I could walk into town or to the beach in 20 minutes, or drive in 3 minutes. Chatham is lovely. The welcome package from the property manager was a nice and useful touch.

Perfect cottage for the week/weekend!

This cottage was in a great location, very clean property, lots of amenities, 10/10 would recommend if you're looking for somewhere cozy!

Fine little cottage

Well-located, sweet, small cottage in a lovely neighborhood; It is equipped with necessities for two people; nicely decorated. Fine little kitchen area with good appliances. Easily-operable windows for fresh air at night and a nice cross-breeze. (Window A/C if needed, we did not.)
