Large Historical Home with A/C 4 Beds 2.5 Bath Old City Center Walk Everywhere

Large open relax space with cozy sofa, tv area, nook for coffee, formal dinning table and breakfast room in the kitchen.

3 bedrooms. Each bedroom is spacious. We have comfortable beds, pillows, bedsheets, duvets, blankets, work desks, chairs, full length mirrors, wardrobes, and lamps.

Patio with lounge set to relax with a cup of coffee or wine. Shared rooftop to to do yoga, sunbathe or watch the stars.

Strong Wifi.

In the center of Old Cadiz, walk the narrow cobblestoned streets and you will find our humble home. Historical with moorish architecture, enter the big brown wooden door into the central courtyard.

Located on the 2nd floor, with access to the shared rooftop, without an elevator.

Step inside our apartment, where you will find a hallway with a wraparound window overlooking the courtyard below, and the sky above. When you first enter, to the left, is the main bathroom, and to the right, is the hallway that leads to 3 spacious bedrooms. Bedroom #1: The adjoining bedroom with on-suite full bathroom has access to the private sunny patio. Next to this bedroom is Bedroom #2 with 2 single beds and a nook window where you can sit to lounge and relax. Bedroom #3 has a full size bed and a window. Continue to walk around the hallway, at the end, you will find the 1/2 bathroom with a toilet and a sink. To the right, you will enter the living area that leads into the semi-open kitchen. There are portable air coolers, portable heaters, electric fans available, portable dehumidifiers and an air conditioner available to make your stay comfortable. The living area has 3 balconies overlooking the front streets. The livingroom is carpeted with a comfortable couch, 2 coffee tables, pouf, and a flat screen tv. Across one of the balcony is a coffee nook with a side chair and table. The round dining table is the center focal point that sits 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped to inspire the chef and/or baker in you. Below the kitchen sink is a washing machine. One of the kitchen corner walls has baskets filled with snacks and shelves with coffee and tea compliments for you to indulge and enjoy.

Lovely apartment in Cadiz

We very much enjoyed our stay in Cadiz. The apartment was large, lovely, and well equipped . The host is an excellent communicator and very helpful so everything went smoothly. The apartment could get a bit hot, especially in the afternoon but there were lots of fans around

Information supplied sounds better than what it is

Nice kitchen/sitting room combination, stairs to 2nd floor are not easy, rooms have coolers rather than airco’s (which was stated at your site); with high temperatures not able to really cool down. Rey is very kind and supportive.

During your stay we only have air coolers this was mentioned on our listing. After you left we have installed an air conditioner in the living room. The is now mentioned in our listing. No Air Conditioner - Materially misrepresented in booking

This was the place we splurged on - and it was a total heartbreak. The main problem was that the listing materially misrepresented the place and said there was air conditioning when there really was none. This was a big problem in August. We had to leave halfway through because of the terrible heat, and my biggest regret is not leaving the moment we walked in the door because after a couple nights there, we all got sick from overheating and it ruined our once in a lifetime trip.

Hi Christina P. We now have air conditioner in our home. New photos to show this is on our listing. During your few days at our home, it seems you were enjoying your stay as we have done your list of demands: -Borrowing a guitar for your daughter to practice her guitar because her guitar is left at home. -Providing you extra beach towels because the 6 beach towels we have is not enough for your 4 guests -Providing you a list of itinerary for things to do, something usually guest plan ahead before traveling to a new city. Your host is not obliged to do but we did for you. -We even paid for extra additional amenities you had requested to make your stay comfortable. -However, when you demanded someone to come to the house on Sunday morning, which is a single special day for all Spanish people to be with family and go to church together, to fix a fan knob that was not broken when you checked-in. A solution was provided that we would come later to fix the fan knob. You decided to immediately leave and demanded for a refund. -VRBO saw all our conversations and did not agree to give you a refund. -By the way, we found the fan knob on the floor next to the fan. We have glued this back and did not charge you.

Just outside our door are 2 of our favorite restaurants. Mini Bar - known for their fried fish tapas and strong mixed drinks. Bar El Laurel - is a local favorite serving local dishes that are so good.
