Our family group enjoyed our stay at the house very much. On one evening of the week we had just 1 small accident with an interior door to the laundry room getting locked. I contacted our host and he responded immediately and resolved the problem quickly. Our host was great, and the house is very nice and comfortable.

Very nice place for a group to stay at.

Had people flying in from all over the country. The 5 bedrooms worked out great. Very roomy house with a nice backyard.

Beautiful home in Folsom

We booked this property for a week to host our family for a wedding. The house was clean and they had everything you would need for a short term stay. The bedrooms, living area and backyard were huge. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the hosts were quick with their communication. I would highly recommended this place.

Great stay!

Everything was very clean and well kept. Beds were very comfortable and the location was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again! One thing...I would recommend cleaning out your dryer's lint trap once in a while. We removed a lint ball that was literally the size of a football! That could be dangerous as it is a serious fire hazard and could cost you your home.

Good point. Thank you for reminding us. We will remember to clean up the dryer’s lints more regularly.

Nice home in Folsom

Our family needed a place to stay while we were having fun on the American River. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. There were some of the essentials there for us to use such as pots, pans, dishes, etc. The check in and out process was easy. We didn't use the jacuzzi because it was too hot outside, but the couch and TV were a nice place for us to rest together as a family. The air conditioning worked well to keep us cool. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I would recommend this home.
