Beautiful house with TVs in every room as well as living room area. There’s a hot tub on the back patio that can seat 6 people. Amazing views!!

AF Academy, Peterson & Schriever Space Force base along with the COS airport is right around the corner! The neighborhood is gorgeous but it’s also very quiet and secure. Be prepared to relax & enjoy tike with friends and family. Lastly we’re close to other military bases and colleges as well.
The space
Fully furnished miscellaneous home. This luxurious home has 4 bed rooms and 3 1/2 baths with a NICE GAME ROOM!

Keyless lock on front door. Relaxing front and back patio is 4-20 friendly.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, 50 inch tv which includes a roku, and free high speed internet Wi-Fi throughout the house.

The other 2 bed rooms upstairs both include full beds, closet, tv and roku with high speed Internet. They do share a fully finished bathroom. You have access to Netflix, YouTube tv and Disney plus. One last bedroom downstairs that has a queen size bed, tv and bathroom.

The kitchen area has stainless steel appliances like the dish washer and fridge. It’s also fully stocked with all the essentials: a refrigerator, electric stove, dish washer, microwave oven, coffee maker, plates and dishes, utensils, blender, and all the essential housewares.

The living and dining room is very eloquent with a very accommodating finish. The floors are also hardwood in both kitchen and living room areas. You also have the ability to park 2 cars inside the garage as well as washer/dryer use.

Guests have full access to the entire house. The entire place is yours.
Other things to note

The house is 4/20 friendly but all smoking must be done on front or back patio areas. This is a brand new house so any smoking residue found or if there's a smoking smell inside the house the charge is $500 that price also includes if a pet is found. Please be mindful smoking is allowed only on the front and back patios. Not inside THE GARAGE EITHER! I host several families and kids are near and dear to my heart so second hand smoke is never good thanks! 4/20 friendly for outside purposes only.

We rented the place for a week and first impressions are the key to everything. When we drove up to the property there were two trash receptacles over flowing with trash. Additionally there was trash still sitting in the garage when we returned the receptacles to the garage. Usually when we rent VRBO’s they have the basic necessities but they were lacking ie garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels etc. There was also issue with no power in the kitchen to plug anything in and we rest the GFI and checked the circuit breaker. Woke up next to last day and had no power. TV in the master bedroom was not online. Overall the stay was good for the price we paid but some things could have been better thus the rating received.

The hot tub was dirty. Green dirty water. There was bags of trash left in garage and it’s smelled horrible. The floors were not vacuumed from previous guests. There was bedazzle pieces scattered throughout the house. Door latch on front door is missing. Stains all over carpet in master bedroom. My wife about stepped on a brown house centipede in upstairs bathroom the 1st night. So all in all it was NOT a good experience.

The house has so much potential if the host actually took care of the home. 17 spoons, 14 knives, not a fork in the house. 2 scratched up pots with no lids, Sink dirty with old food and dry blood. Crumbs/food on the floor and counter tops. Yards overgrown, hot tub filthy, dead and rotting rabbits and squirrels in front and back yards so my kids couldn’t play there. Unresponsive host so I had to call VRBO and have THEM contact him. Host is dismissive and rude about issues at the house. Beyond that- after getting out my own bleach and cleaning, and making a Walmart run for disposable forks and pots, the stay was meh. I had really high hope for this place. Maybe with time and effort on the hosts part it would be an amazing place! The neighborhood and neighbors are super friendly!
