This coastal retreat comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and provides an ideal setting for a memorable Destin vacation.

Located in the heart of Destin, this condo places you just minutes from popular attractions, shopping, and dining while still delivering a peaceful beachfront escape. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee overlooking the Gulf or unwinding after a day in the sun, Chasing Sunshine offers comfort, scenery, and convenience.

**The Pelican Beach HOA is replacing the coat/seal on the upper floor and ramp of the parking garage, as well as both tennis courts. This project is expected to begin in December and last 3 months. During this time the upper parking garage, tennis / pickleball courts, and EV chargers will not be accessible. The covered parking garage will be closed in sections while they work overhead. We appreciate your patience while these improvements are being made. **

In addition to it's great central location near all of the best restaurants, shopping, spas, golf, water park and more, you barely have to leave the building with everything on-site! Enter the beautiful lobby and access the on-site cafe and sundry shop, tennis courts, 3 swimming pools including an indoor/outdoor swim through pool and kiddie pool, large spa, tiki hut with beverage service, beach rentals, sauna and fitness center, parking garage and a huge new zero entry pool with a large sunbathing area!
