Celebrated daughters 21st birthday.

House was wonderful for all 9 of us with plenty of room to have privacy and family rooms to watch tv or play games. Walking distance to main street so bars and food wereEasy to get to. Wonderful weekend. Thank you! We would stay here again.

House was amazing with a gorgeous pool and hot tub!! Great kitchen and living room with a dining room table that was fantastic for playing games! We had 12 women-so we needed all of the beds and bathroom space for sure! We cooked a lot—so the kitchen was perfect for visiting while we prepared meals! Downtown Fredericksburg was walking distance and the weather was gorgeous during our stay!! Highly recommend visiting Wildflower Farms and doing the “Sassy Coot” Pontoon Wine and Beer tour with Captain John! Host was extremely responsive and took great care of us!

Perfect!

This home was perfect! My Dad passed away and it was a difficult time. This house felt like home away from home. The host was incredibly accommodating and assured that every need was met with understanding and compassion. The house was clean, welcoming, and proved to be a peaceful sanctuary at a time when it was so appreciated.

Beautiful House

This house is gorgeous! It is also a short 8-10min walk from Main Street! There was enough room for us to sit around together and for the kids to run around. The pool was nice, but there were a lot of wasps out. The property manager was quick to respond every time we asked a question or if we had an issue. Top notch service. I would definitely recommend staying here and I personally would love to return.
