Our PROVINCETOWN home is a FREE STANDING COTTAGE with PARKING, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a large private, fenced-in brick patio/garden with a water feature, gas grill, and ample room for outdoor dining and lounging. Just around the corner is a picturesque path to the beach!

One block from Commercial Street, the cottage is close to everything Provincetown has to offer. You can walk into town or just around corner to swim and relax at the quiet bay beach.

The sprawling, single floor cottage has been renovated with nearly 1000 well laid out square feet that wonderfully capture the natural light of Cape Cod. The two bedrooms, with hardwood floors, are nicely separated from the living area and there is a large full bathroom between them to optimize privacy. There’s also a convenient half bathroom off the living area. The living room with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and a fireplace has double doors leading onto a second private, fenced patio. The dining area is encased with five tall windows that overlook the garden and access to a large, totally private patio with additional outdoor dining and lots of room to relax. Other amenities include PARKING, a Weber gas grill, a full-size washer and dryer, cable TV, internet, smart TV, and a stereo system with speakers throughout.
With everything on one floor, it’s abundant outdoor space and access to the beach, the cottage invites relaxation and easy indoor-outdoor living.

Stunning property with a perfect location. The house has everything you could need/want for a wonderful vacation and the garden is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy. As the house is only 1 block from Commercial St (though you’d never know it while sitting in the garden) you also have easy access to all the bars, restaurants, shops, and shows.

Fantastic Ptown Cottage

We were here for 2 weeks. It was perfect. It’s adorable, clean has everything you could possibly need, stocked with every appliance. Walkable to town, beach and pier. Beautiful patio just a great place.

Great place to stay!

This was such a great property to stay at! Very comfortable. All the comforts of home from kitchen supplies to bathroom comfort. The two bedrooms were very comfortable, with storage also. One full bathroom was great, along with the half bathroom. I recommend this place highly!

Amazing Cottage I’m Ptown

Absolutely beautiful home with a truly inviting atmosphere. The location was perfect as well, close to everything but still peaceful. Rory was extremely responsive when I had a question and he also provided wonderful suggestions.

Spacious apartment in a great location

A perfect home for spending the week in Ptown! We loved the layout of the apartment as well as the tranquil outdoor space that was perfect for morning coffee and reading a book. The check in and check out process was very simple, and Rory provided detailed information that was very helpful for our stay. Would definitely book again the next time I visit!

Great location for a Ptown stay

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this cottage. The location is a short walk or bike ride from the center of town, and an easy bike ride to Race Point or Herring Cove beaches. We barely used our car, which was great. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The owner was very helpful and kind. We would definitely consider renting this place again.

Great place and attentive owner

Minor hiccup with check-in, as the cleaning people were still there an hour after check-in time. The unit was spacious and fully-equipped. Very nice touches like good quality soaps and really nice shower. We were traveling with kids, and the unit worked out perfectly with a bathtub, laundry on site, separate eating area in the kitchen, and the master bath separating the two bedrooms for privacy. The owner was very attentive and communicated with us throughout the week (not pestering, though). Would definitely recommend!

Provincetown gem

Great location, quiet part of town but can walk or bike easily to the center in a few minutes. Beautiful garden, lovely deep bathtub. Great kitchen. Rory was so helpful and quickly responded to texts. Would highly recommend and would go again.

Mod spacious, close to beach

The house is comfy, modern in all the right ways. We'd stay again. Lots of small details made staying easy -- simple things like having 4 towel rods in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable, lots of light in the bedroom. Street noise wasn't an issue inside the house or in the very cute garden/patio. Clearlythid is a home that someone loves. The house is clean, neat, and has lots of luxe touches. It's a pleasure to stay in. The beach is all of a 4 min walk. The stroll into town is quite pleasant, passing through the gallery district. Two grocery stores are close by.

Lovely home and great location.

This cottage was lovely, spacious, and well maintained. The location was perfect and surprisingly quiet with a beautiful outdoor space. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. Rory was so easy to work with and left perfectly detailed instructions for everything. I would definitely return to this home for my next stay in Ptown!

Beautiful, comfortable, and very convenient

This place is great and we've stayed her several times now. Clean and very well appointed with a great layout. Very spacious with comfortable furnishings and lots of space to sprawl out and relax. We loved the large and private outdoor space (pretty rare in Ptown) and spent lots of time out there. The neighborhood is right where you want to be. Just east of the town center so it's quiet, but easy to walk in town. The beach is just around the corner making it very easy to go back and forth to the house. Rory is great - very responsive, helpful and made us feel very welcome. Thanks for everything!

This place is amazing!

This place was perfect for us and Rory was so easy to deal with - very helpful! We loved the location of the cottage as it was close to town and just a few steps to the beach. There's a small gourmet grocer just a block away that sells great prepared foods and fresh baked goods. Super convenient. The grounds of this place are beautiful and completely private. We enjoyed hanging out there in the mornings and after a day at the beach. The house itself is very nicely furnished and super clean. We appreciated Rory's attention to detail and all of the many nice touches. Definitely recommend this place!

Everything was great!

We couldn't have been happier with this rental. We have been coming to Ptown for the past 8 years and usually stay in a hotel. We decided to stay for a week this summer and rent a house instead, and we will never go back to a hotel again. The location is great, minutes to town center and a fun ride to bike beach. Its very private with a great yard that is perfect for grilling. We had a few days of rain and the added bonus of having a TV with Netflix and Hulu definitely made it easier. We'll be back!

A Perfect Getaway!

We love this house so much we've vacationed there every summer for the past 10 years! It's been a perfect getaway! The interior of the house is spacious, super clean, and comfortable. When you're looking for peace and quiet the private patio/garden makes you feel like you're miles away from civilization. When you're in the mood for more activity and excitement, the beach and downtown are a short walk away. And last, but not least, Rory is a total pleasure-responsive, friendly, and helpful.

Perfect P-Town Getaway!!

How lucky we were to find this on Homeaway...From the first contact with the owner, we felt like we were in good hands. The property is cheerful, peaceful and very well-maintained. The rooms were big and well-appointed. The living room was a modern and sunny space, the kitchen was large with high end touches. The garden is lush with a little pond, a hammock and a big grill! The beach is about a block away via a little path. We spent a lot of time at the beach and then walked into town for dinner, etc. The location and the space was perfect for us! We hesitate to tell people about this cottage because then everyone would want to stay here!

The headline says it! Privacy, comfort, beach!

Rory's description and photos of his fabulous condo are accurate, but the reality is even better! We loved his beautiful home, inside and out, and it's proximity to the bay beach. It's a very comfortable, clean, and has all the amenities. It has to be one of the finest places in town! And Rory is great to work with. We will be back and are hoping for a long weekend there this fall. It's a perfect place for two couples, or just one.

WOW!!! A perfect Provincetown hideaway!!!

We have traveled the world using VRBO and I have to say this is one of the nicest, most well appointed places yet. The house was spotless, the yard completely lovely and private, a very easy walk to the beach and a lovely walk to town if you want all the action. Grocery store is basically across the street - you really can't ask for more....but to make it even better, Rory was an absolute pleasure to deal with, very responsive and super kind. We truly did not want to leave and will certainly be back!!! Thank you again Rory, what a pleasure!!

Charming, well maintained and close to everything!

We have stayed in many rentals on the cape, and this is by far the best house we have ever stayed in. It is spotless, with modern appliances, comfortable beds, and a private, charming garden. It is close to the beach, and to downtown. No car needed for anything-- so you get all the benefits of P-Town, but also retreat to a quiet, cozy home, which is what I want when I go on vacation. I will definitely return and could not recommend this rental more highly.

The perfect Ptown get-a-way

This really is the perfect Ptown get-a-way. We stayed here (three of us) in August 2014 and loved it. The cottage itself is nicely renovated and CLEAN with comfortable furnishings and likely the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in away from home. The outdoor space is beautiful and tranquil. It was so nice to hang out there - especially in the mornings and for pre-dinner cocktails. The location is great! It's quieter in the East End, which we loved, but still so close to the action. This made it possible to have the best of both worlds and we really appreciated the peace and quiet when we wanted it. We biked to Herring Cove several days and on other days walked around the corner to the most perfect bay beach where we took lots of long afternoon walks and met many nice people (and dogs) in the area. Rory was a delightful host who was quick to respond to our questions and made us feel well taken care of. Much to our surprise, a few weeks after we returned home, I received a package in the mail with some favorite earrings I had left there, but thought had been lost (so sweet!). We'd definitely recommend this place to our friends and hope to come back soon.

WE LOVED IT HERE

We had a great time here. The place is so comfortable and relaxing and we loved being so close to the beach (it's right around the corner). Everything about the place worked for us. The outdoor space is big and beautiful and completely fenced in, so it's very private. Everything was close by and all of our favorite restaurants were an easy walk. Our host was gracious and helpful. We'll be back!
