We stayed two nights at Nes. It is a beautiful house at gated community. The house was very clean. It has big spacious kitchen and fantastic hot tub. Everything is perfect. The owners was very responsive. They provided detailed instructions and suggestions days before check in. We definitely recommend to others who looking a place near Snæfellsnes Peninsula

Our family had an incredible stay at this beautiful home! The views in all directions were amazing. This is a perfect location to explore western Iceland, we enjoyed the hot tub and cooking in the large kitchen. Great communication with the hosts, lots of good suggestions and instructions in their guide.

Great Place!

Great option if you want to stay out of Reykjavik. The nearby waterfalls are beautiful and just a short walk away. There was ample gathering space for our family of 5 with everyone getting their own room. Hot tub was lovely.

Remote, peaceful and clean

This was a beautiful property, and all that we hoped for in our visit. The hosts were incredibly helpful too. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a place in nature and a place to relax.

Stunning prefect stay

We had the most incredible time at this beautiful home! Heidi was extremely responsive and so helpful. The home exceeded our expectations and it was the perfect place for us to explore Iceland from. I look forward to being able to return someday to this amazing place!

Amazing property - beautiful remote location - very well equipped and warm in minus 18 weather. Hot tub fantastic and the sharpest knives of any holiday let!

We had a great stay at Nes! The house was spotless and we appreciated all the amenities, such as the hot tub and fireplace. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were nice and stocked with plenty of towels and essentials like shampoo/conditioner. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, good knives and other cooking utensils, and spices. We saw the northern lights several times from the spacious deck which also has a nice grill for cooking. We would love to stay here again or at one of the host’s other properties.

Incredibly beautiful, clean, well-kept home in a stunning location. We stayed a few days in October and the home was so lovely. The owners were incredibly communicative and helped us troubleshoot an issue, even late at night. Couldn’t ask for more. We would 100% come back and appreciate the opportunity to stay in their beautiful property.

Great Place

We spent almost a week here and absolutely loved it. There were plenty of interesting spot withing driving distance. Some walking. Spent almost every night in the hot tub. Everything we needed was there and the owner was always responsive to questions.

Absolutely beautiful location

We stayed here upon our arrival to Iceland. The home was very comfortable for our group of 8. My parents enjoyed having their our space in the guesthouse. My kids loved the outdoor shower and hot tub. The scenery was lovely with the stream beyond the house. We walked to Glanni waterfall from the house and Grabarok crater was around 2.5 miles away. We would definitely stay here again.

What a view !!

The house is amazing overall, with everything you might need, including lots of towels, card games, and a wood burning stove. The view off the back porch of the nearby river and mountains was incredible, and with Gianni Falls just a short walk away. It could use a second indoor shower, but otherwise we loved it and would stay again.
