Conveniently located just 10 minutes from Wildwood beaches and Boardwalk, 20 minutes from Stone Harbor and Cape May, and 5 minutes from restaurants, bars, shopping, movie theaters, bowling, arcade and more. Pickleball courts are a 2 minute drive away. Return home from a day at the beach to relax in privacy, style and comfort in your own ladscaped garden oasis. Dine al fresco, enjoy yard games and fire pit, and the fully fenced large back yard. Surrounded on 2 sides by acres of Nature Conservency open space, nature is all around you. Indoors, the open floor plan provides inviting cooking and living spaces with TVs in the living room, sunroom and master bedroom. In addition to 3 bedrooms, there's a comfy memory foam pullout couch in the living room to accommodate a total of 8 guests. Bring your bikes and cruise the 17 mile Cape May County bike trail just down the block. Use the pickleball equipment provided at the courts a 2 minute drive away. Wineries, brew pubs and the Cape May Zoo are nearby as well. We chose this house for its great floor plan, beautifully landscaped yard, abundance of privacy and location. The location"s ideal for visiting the Wildwood beaches and all Cape May County has to offer, without the chaos and crowds of staying on the island. We are very detail oriented hosts, and strive to give guests exactly what they need and want to fully enjoy their stay.
Why they chose this property
This quiet, wooded residential neighborhood is the perfect place to come home to after a busy day at the beach or evening out on the Boardwalk or area restaurants. It is spacious, relaxing and comfortable, with outdoor games and firepit, the 17 mile Cape May bike path just a block away, pickleball courts 2 minutes away, and acres of Nature Conservancy land surrounding the property for you to explore and enjoy. It is an ideal spot for family and friends to be together in a great atmosphere that will enhance your shore vacation, and yet it's just a 10 minute drive to the free Wildwood beaches, and 5 minutes to shopping and the new Cape Square Entertainment complex.
