old Town Bungalow - 4 blocks to historic square

In Georgetown's Historic District, this 2-bed, 2-bath bungalow, with a light boho vibe, combines the charm of old with the convenience of new. Walk to our acclaimed town square with its street festivals, shops & restaurants, Southwestern University/ San Gabriel Park river trails. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed. We can provide blow-up mattresses for up to two guests upon request. Parking for two cars on property, additional parking on College Street. Dogs allowed, please contact host first.
The space
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and outdoors, there is a grill, dining table and firepit to enjoy the Texas evenings. The backyard has a nice deck and a privacy fence.

We have two queen size beds. A child can fit on the couch. An adult will want to use a twin size blow up mattresses (provided), but space is limited and you will want to pack it away during the day. We also have a blow up mattress for children up to age 10, and a pack-and-play and playpen. Let us know who is coming and we can help you configure sleeping arrangements. xzz

The neighborhood is very walkable. It is actually one of my favorite things to do here. Parking is abundant except for when festivals are going on. The streets are older, so I recommend bringing your flashlight with you! As is common in Old Town, our driveway is shared with the home behind us, so please park in designated parking area to not block drive. You can fit two cars in your designated parking. You can also park in the street in front of home if you have to park something something large.
Other things to note
Our space works best for four people. Each bedroom has room for a crib or small blowup mattress, you will need to requeast those items. There is no extra charge for them. The living area is small and while you could squeeze a blow up mattress in there you would want to put it away during the day.

We provide four folding chairs and an ice chest in the garage for your use, if you want to take them to the parks or to the town square.
