About this property

Cozy lake cottage with big deck

Conveniently located on Sebago Woods Way in the gated Point Sebago community, our charming 3 bedroom and 1.5 bath cottage is lake life at its finest! Breath in the crisp, clean Maine air while grilling on our large deck or watch the stars around our fire pit.



Our cottage comfortably fits 8 people with a queen bed in the main bedroom, a twin over full bunk bed in the second, twin over twin bunk bed in the third, and a pull-out couch with a full bed in the living room.



Living area incudes a large sectional sofa with cable TV. A full kitchen, including dishwasher, with a breakfast bar and seprate eating area. We also provide internet access and an in unit washer and dryer!



We are a short distance to all the activities offered at our Point Sebago resort, including:

• 1 mile of sandy beaches!!

• children's camp and activities

• water park obstacle course and playgound

• golf (regular and miniature)

• themed weekends

• boat rentals at the marina

• onsite restaurant, general store and Tiki bar!

• swimming

• canoeing and kayaking

• pickleball, tennis and shuffleboard

• basket ball cout and soccer field

• So much more!

This was a perfect fit for our family of 4! We rented a golf cart which made it easy to get to the general store, marina, golf course and the Landing restaurant and bar. The kitchen was clean and well equipped for our meals in. We would highly recommend this rental property

This is a great property that is nice and close to the action of the resort without being too close. The golf cart is a nice convenience! The home is nicely decorated and well kept. There’s a propane fire pit on the front deck which was great on the nights that you don’t want to put together a big fire out back. I would definitely recommend this location.

We had a great stay at point sebago. I have zero complaints, only wish some extra trash bags for kitchen were left and some hand soap for bathrooms!
