This was a great option for our family of 4 (2 teens included)! We didn’t mind the two-hotel-rooms layout as it gave us the 2 full bathrooms and the separate spaces we like when needed. The mattresses were all very comfortable, which can make or break our trip. I appreciated the minimal check-out tasks list.
Really good location and liked the fact 4 adults and a child had three beds and two full bathrooms. The only negative imo is that the king bed is set up in a way that the AC blows directly in the direction of our heads when sleeping. The room with the two queens did not have that same issue.
The so-called 2-bdrm unit is actually two hotel rooms turned into one unit. There is no common area, and the kitchen is in one of the bedrooms. You have to go in the bedroom to get food or drink from the fridge. Dining table is a high, narrow table that’s okay for adults but unsafe for my 3-yr old grandson.

Aloha, thank you for your review, everything is as pictured/described-no claim of a common area. Because you asked me about the parking I assumed you did not read the listing details carefully. Review the pictures and descriptions prior to booking because as host I only want happy guests. Mahalo
Instructions from the host are very detailed and easy to follow. The place was super clean and spacious. One room had a ‘complete’ kitchen and the other room had a microwave and a small refrigerator. Toilets in both bathrooms had washlets! Only suggestion would be the addition of grab bars and/or anti slip shower mats.
Place is conveniently located. You can walk to beach and Waikiki tourist area. Food trucks across the street. 24 hour 711 next door. First floor of building has a bakery, cafe and two car rental companies. We rented from Honolulu Rental and was able to park in the building for $20/day with in and out privileges.
Oh yes…view of mountains from both rooms are breathtaking!
Will stay there again if we return to Oahu! Strongly recommend this property!
Great location and we had all we needed for our 9 day trip. Only issue was the water pressure in the shower was horrible and if someone was in the bigger shower it was nonexistent.

Aloha. I would have loved to know there was an issue with water pressure in the apartment, I could have contacted the maintenance to help. Just a note to any future guest I am always here to help, the key is to communicate.
