Nicely renovated three bedroom two bath private home with covered front upstairs porch makes for spacious and accommodating vacation getaway! Central air conditioning and fenced property! Wonderful beachside location on tree-lined East Beech Street is short walk to new boardwalk and ocean beach, restaurants and shops, and LIRR. Includes spacious front covered 2nd floor porch. Off-street parking. Central air conditioned. Bedding, towels, utensils, wireless internet, cable. Ceiling fans in living room and all bedrooms. Washer/dryer. Main living area is on the second floor, up one interior staircase.
Rigorous cleaning protocol in place.
Note: this is a two-family home with a separate entrance for a rear first floor apartment with a separate side yard.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home served our needs well. There is plenty of seating in the living area, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The location is close to both the beach and many shops and restaurants and the LIRR. The off-street parking was very much appreciated. We attended a wedding a little further east on Long Island, and we had easy access to the highways. Thanks, Selena, for a comfortable place to stay.

Perfectly relaxing and close to boardwalk/beach! Selena did an excellent job decorating; the new bathrooms are gorgeous. Wish we had more time to stay there. Would definitely go back again when I could spend more time. She was such a gracious host and very easy to reach when needed. The house was in great condition and no problems at all. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay love sitting out on the front porch listening to the birds.

Selena was a gracious host. Her house was a great location to the beach and beautiful boardwalk. Three friends were very comfortable there. Great well equipped kitchen and lovely porch/deck. Beds comfortable. Bathrooms are dated but fine for us.

Selena was a fantastic host and we absolutely loved our stay! The home was spacious, super clean, comfortable, fully stocked with everything we could ask for - kitchen, games, towels, beach gear, We are a family of five and had plenty of room. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the front porch and walks to the nearby beach and boardwalk. Highly recommend- we’ll definitely return!

Great House!

We loved our stay. The house was a perfect size for our group of 6 and we enjoyed all of the space for relaxing both indoors and out. We all loved the newly installed outdoor teak shower. The place had everything we needed to cook meals and spend days at the beach. Host was very nice, responsive and flexible. Highly recommend!

The host was supremely helpful from the outset. Everything was spotless, comfortable, with many extras supplies for our special occasion. I couldn't have been more delighted. And my son (whose wedding we were in town for) LOVED that he and his brother could stay over here the night before his wedding as if it were their childhood home. He and his bride were delighted to have a post-wedding brunch here the next day for a dozen of us THEN spend the afternoon at the beach with their friends. The host went out of their way to accommodate us and was genuinely delighted to help celebrate our wonderful family occasion. Family came from overseas as well as locally. EVERYONE said how perfect the place was (and only half a mile from the mother of the bride). THANK YOU. PERFECT.

Charming and cozy stay

Great location - couple of blocks from the beach and restaurants and shops. Great price. Very cozy and charming - the property is a little older, with some parts that have been redone (kitchen), but some still a little older (bathrooms). The backyard and porches are awesome. Owner responsive and helpful. Would recommend for a family of 6 or group of 6.

Beautiful home

I absolutely loved this house. It was well maintained and immaculate. The house was within walking distance to everything making it convenient to run out for a quick bite to eat or a walk on the boardwalk. The rooms were nice an big and there was plenty of space to unpack our clothes in the closets and drawers. Selena is a great host and she is very responsive. She has made this house a great place to relax and unwind.

Excellent stay on short notice

Was super happy to find this location on short notice and loved everything about our stay! The host is so accommodating and quick to answer questions. The home is one of the most stocked I've ever stayed in with many plates, glasses, utensils etc. that other properties usually skimp on. The front and rear patios are spacious and great options for entertaining. The home is 3 blocks from the boardwalk/beach and the rental includes beach access passes which is a huge plus. Even beach gear like chairs and wagon are included! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Home away from home

Man Micheal was a great host and he has a special home that welcomes you, plenty of room indoors and out, has everything you need it’s in a great aria with lots of restaurants and the beach was within walking distance and very nice beach. Would definitely go back to Micheal’s house and that area in Long Beach. Thank you

The beach is close, but the balcony is closer

Great stay. Super close to the beach. But the 1st floor balcony also got plenty of use! Great way to start and finish the day. Host was extremely flexible on check in and check out which was a huge help as we we travelling from overseas. It is just the top floor - exactly as advertised. But there was plenty of space for us (family of 5). Thanks for a great beach break.
