The house was very clean and comfortable. Communication was very easy. Not one single issue. Close to restaurants and the bus. We would highly recommend.

Property worked well for my husband and two dogs. There was a nice patch of green space in the backyard for the dogs to wander a little and the neighborhood was great for walking, near a dog park (Portage Park), and very residential. We felt very comfortable staying in this area and it worked out well for our Cubs game. Very comfortable once we got the AC running! The front entry is a little quirky and tight if bringing in large luggage.

The check in process was confusing, but that was mostly my fault, because I had trouble accessing my reservation on my computer. Luckily the host was immediately available by phone, and resent the checkin information, and made sure we understood it. We appreciated the easy access to street parking, We also liked the quiet neighborhood, and found an excellent place for breakfast within easy walking distance. The apartment was wonderfully stocked with cooking and other kitchen equipment.

The space was very clean and kitchen was well equipped. The AC worked well. We felt very safe and it was very quiet.
