This place was perfect! The hosts were so friendly and easy going. Loved all the wildlife snd the river right outside the door. Will definitely stay again as this was our favorite place to stay in the area!

This is a beautiful and peaceful setting tucked in right next to the river yet so close to town and area hiking spots. The hosts are super welcoming and accessible for any questions. They have thought of everything from comfy bed to well equipped kitchen to fast wifi. The hot tub just outside the door overlooking the river is icing on the cake! I love it here.

Bit of Heaven describes this property perfectly. It sits right on the Roaring Fork River and on the other side you look at the ponds with the ducks. The living quarters are wonderful and they have thought of everything you could possible need. Stefan and Alexandra are the perfect hosts. We feel so lucky to have found this property.

This was the 3rd time we stayed here, and will stay here again. It’s perfect for a couple, and not too far from the mountains. The house is clean and roomy. The owners are very, very nice.

Stefan and Alexandria are fabulous hosts. Their property is absolutely gorgeous, situated just 50 feet from the Roaring Fork River. If you like to fish, you can throw your line in the river just outside of the bedroom, or you can visit other prime locations near the property. I did some fly fishing on upper parts of the Roaring Fork and the Frying Pan River and caught some nice brown trout. It was a very relaxing and restful stay, and our two little doodles enjoyed the vacation too!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts was incredibly generous, gifting flowers for our valentine day. The property was beyond beautiful, and perfectly secluded. Its close proximity to the mountains made it easy to explore while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. We would absolutely stay here again! I highly recommend checking it out.

Lovely stay

Well equipped and stocked (kitchen and bathroom), two fireplaces, cozy slippers and robes, hot tub with view of the river, comfy chairs and sofa—we enjoyed this stay.
