The house was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our short weekend vacation. The host was very communicative and responded quickly to our questions. We enjoyed stops at nearby Root and Bone and The Toy Pit.
Super cute and clean place and great location. Management very responsive and accommodating to adjusting my travel dates and answering other questions. Will def stay here again on next Indy trip
The house was very clean. We were provided with more than one towel and washcloth apiece which we have not had in other places we’ve stayed. We had a couple of questions and our hosts responded immediately.
Upon arriving we discovered the house was for sale and when i put the code in it would not unlock the door, that's the bad. The good, i contacted the host and they were able to have me get a key from a back up lock box and it worked well. The digital code worked after getting in initially. The house was exactly as described. It has its quirks but what older house doesn't? The 1 thing you will notice is the outside noise. 46th is a farely busy road and the windows aren't the thickest, so you will hear traffic at night for sure. That was really the only negative after getting into the house. We would recommend and would stay here again

Cute house in a great neighborhood!
House was clean and in a great location. Our only issue was the keypad lock not working and having to wait 30 minutes to get a response that there was a lockbox with a key in it. That is my only complaint, however I plan to book this house next year during the state fair!
Nice neighborhood! Quiet, except for the street traffic but that was tolerable. Had everything we needed, we were only there to eat and sleep while visiting family. The bathroom could use an upgrade maybe more places to put toiletries while getting ready in the morning. Luggage stands would be helpful. Overall a great stay!
