Great accommodations on Padre Island. Minutes from Balli Beach and South Padre National Park. You can drive to the beach in about 3 minutes or walk in 6 minutes. Pool was nice, and deck on the canal is a great view.

Awesome Condo with private pool on the canal

This is an amazing Condo in a great location with a nice private pool and dock on the canal, my two grandchildren caught perch off the dock. I have already booked this Condo for next year!

House was okay. Close to beach. Plenty of space but pool is on the small side. Mornings are nice but sun bakes you and the pool in the afternoon/ evening. House was not very clean (like cleaning crew did a quick job and not a good job) and neighbors backyard is overgrown into the outdoor shower and pool entrance. Master bedroom stayed warmer than any other part of the house make sure u bring a box fan. Also two rooms out of theee and stained bed sheets so you may consider bringing your own. Pillows were also flat and seemed long used. Overall just an okay place but with someone actually checking on property with attention to details and weekly check in by management or ownership could be a great place

Beach Weekend!!!

Enjoyed our stay at this private vacation rental. Our party consisted of 3 couples and we felt the rental was spacious and having a private pool for the weekend was wonderful. The owner was quick to respond and was extremely helpful. Fair amount of stairs so definitely something to consider if you have mobility issues. Great overall value!

Outstanding Property

This is a beatiful home. Recently remodeled with great taste in furnishings and interior design. We loved the area. First time to Corpus Christi. Down there dure a lshort cold spell. Did not use the pool but a lovely private back yard. We would dfinatly be back except we purchased a home in McAllen, TX.Thanks for our time.

Overall, our stay was wonderful. The only complaint that I have was the pool had a lot of algae and really couldn't be used. I contacted the host and they sent their pool person the next day and they shocked it, but it still wasn't clear. Yes, we had a day or two with storms, but nothing that should have prevented us from enjoying the pool.

We have rented several VRBO properties over the years and this is the first one that was not clean upon our arrival. We purchased cleaning supplies to clean the bedrooms, bedding, and bathrooms, before we unpacked. Refrigerator needed cleaning. Towels were worn. Furnace/AC filter, ceiling vents, and ceiling fans were very dirty. Furnace and 2 TVs did not work. Contacted property manager, who cleaned the refrigerator, replaced the furnace filter, contacted HVAC tech to repair the furnace, and replaced the 2 TVs. The property and office manager were very responsive and also reimbursed us for the cleaning fee.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! There were some toys in the living room that our littles could play with while we got their own toys unpacked. There were also already a lot of pool toys outside for the pool which was appreciated! Everything was comfortable and in good repair. We will be booking again next year!

We stayed here last year and had an awesome time. This year there were a few issues. When we arrived on Sunday afternoon, the pool was in need of cleaning and had a lot of debris on the bottom. The outdoor shower had a broken internal pipe and wasn't working. The lights were out in the downstairs bathroom and there were no toilet paper rolls or paper towels. I contacted the host but didn't get a reply until the next day. The pool guy finally came by on Wednesday afternoon to clean it, but we were leaving Friday morning. The trash bin was almost completely full, so I assume the previous renters did not put it out on the curb on Friday. The house was very clean when we arrived and other than the stated issues we all had a good time,
