This studio rental is the perfect seaside retreat for your next getaway Walk down the Boardwalk to local pubs , great Pizza, tourist shops, ice cream and salt water taffy. Or walk across the lawn then across the Boardwalk, saunter down the few steps and across the sand to cool your feet in the Atlantic Ocean. Or go back to your sundeck and watch for frolicking porposises , breaching wales, and dolphins gliding by in the Atlantic.

What makes this property unique
We are a family run summer rental from June through September. Check in is always on Sunday After 3 PM
Our check out is Sunday before 11AM. We have a cleaning service between 11 and 3 so this is the only day for check in and check out. We rent by the week for 7 days from Sunday to Sunday.
We have great guests who appreciate our peaceful environment by following a few simple house rules:
- no pets, no parties, no unregistered guests, no subletting, no smoking, no drugs. All new guests must agree to follow these rules. We have on site parking for this unit and there is a washer dryer on the premises.
All of these make us unique and one of our family always lives on the premises. We want our guests to have a fabulous vacation.
