The music from the Gentilly Stage can also be heard clearly from the cozy seating areas on the front or back porches of the unit.
The unit includes 1 queen bed, 1 pull-out queen bed within the living room couch, and a personal washer and dryer located in the basement. Since the property is located within a triplex with other tenants present, we do ask that visitors maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 6am on weekdays and midnight to 8 am on weekends.
