This is a walking neighborhood where you can find pretty much anything you are looking for within a few blocks. 10 minute Uber/Lyft from Steelers Football Heinz Field (Acrisure Stadium)/Pirates Baseball PNC Park/Penguins Hockey PPG Paints Arena, Rivers Casino, Andy Warhol Museum/Carnegie Museums/National Aviary/Phipps Conservatory, University of Pittsburgh/Carnegie Mellon University/Duquesne University & other colleges, World Recognized Hospitals, Convention Center, and many other Cultural/Arts/Entertainment venues. Close to EVERYTHING!

A few blocks from the Great Allegheny Passage bike trail that will take you to Point State Park downtown or go the other way and trail goes all the way to Washington DC! Blocks away from the riverfront, vast array of restaurants, bars, shops/stores, coffee shops, movie theater, gyms, City Theater, and many other businesses and places to see. Southside is the place to be in Pittsburgh - there is plenty to see and explore!

- 2 Queen Beds (1st Floor & 2nd Floor)
- 2 Full Beds (3rd Floor)
- 2 Twin beds (daybed with a trundle underneath - 1st floor)
- 1 Twin bed (2nd floor in the Queen bedroom)
- 1 Twin bed (3rd floor with the 2 Full beds)
- 1 Pull-Out Queen in Couch (Living Room)

- By advance request and additional fee, an air mattress can also be available for groups who are looking for different bed space options. Please contact the host to request this. The additional fee will depend on the specifics of the request.

3 Full Baths are stationed:
- 1 Full Bath on the 1st Floor
- 1 Full Bath in the King Bedroom 2nd Floor
- 1 Full Bath in Hallway 2nd Floor

House Layout:
- 1st Floor: Open Living Room and Kitchen; Full Bathroom; Bedroom with 1 Queen Bed and 2 Twin Beds (daybed with trundle underneath); access to the private outdoor patio; please note the couch with Queen pull out bed is in the living room
- 2nd Floor: 2 Bedrooms - 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed & 1 Twin Bed; 2 Full Bathrooms located in the Hallway and the other in the King Bedroom; Laundry Facilities
- 3rd Floor: Bedroom with 2 Full Beds and 1 Twin Bed
Other things to note:
Please don't smoke inside the house; there is a private, enclosed patio where smoking is permitted.

If you are bringing your sweet 4-legged family member, please let us know ahead of time.

Great hosts, property and neighborhood

We loved our time here and had a ton of fun in the neighborhood. It was also easy to explore other parts of the city. The home was exactly as expected, very thoughtfully setup and we loved all nearby bars, coffee shops and restaurants.

Perfect location and property

Suzie and Jeffrey were extremely responsive and helpful with everything. The house is clean and all the little details have been taken care of; hotel quality towels and bedding, extra toiletries, coffee, fresh baked cookies, etc. We had an amazing stay!

Wonderful location and hosts!

We had a group of 11 adults stay here for a birthday weekend in Pittsburgh. The home itself is wonderful and full of little touches and amenities! Parking was no issue and we were in walking distance to all sorts of fun things. We had excellent communication with the host, who accommodated our pets and a late checkout and answered any questions we had. We wouldn't change a thing. Thanks again for having us!

The house was perfect for our large group! There was plenty of room for everyone. We appreciated the thoughtfulness of our host in leaving cookies (which we all loved!) and for responding to our parking concerns so promptly. The house was stocked well, which is a rare treat! Why they chose this property

The Southside is a historic Pittsburgh community. There is rich history here from back when the steel mills were running, just a couple blocks from our house. Today, the neighborhood is filled with folks ranging from those who were 'born and raised', young professionals, families, students who attend nearby universities, and people who love the convenience of the proximity to the neighboring Pittsburgh communities including downtown. Access to outdoor activities is amazing, as the river is part of the neighborhood and offers access to boating, kayaking, cycling/walking/running along the river trail. This is a very dog friendly community and we have 2 dog parks for the furry family members. The neighborhood has everything you need in terms of coffee shops, restaurants, places to grab a cocktail, grocery stores, theater, and so much more!

What makes this property unique

We have the ability to host groups as small as a couple of people or as many as 15 guests (including your sweet pet!). Our home offers our guests the space to be together in the large open floorplan, but also offers the ability to enjoy some solitude as the bedrooms are spaced throughout the house and each offer more than ample space for times when you'd like to have some quiet. Our proximity to all that Pittsburgh has to offer is superb - you can enjoy our neighborhood while also having quick access to anywhere you'd like to be!
