If you like the beach life, with the resort amenities, this property is for you!! 3 bedroom condo in Villages at Seaport. Gated super safe community. Walk to the private beach entrance, spend time in the 3 pools, play tennis and pickle ball, or workout in the modern exercise room located in the beautiful community center. If that's not enough, grab a bike and head out to Jetty park nearby or the clubs along the channel only minutes away. The condo sleeps 6 and has everything you would want. Beautiful remodeled modern kitchen. Grill just outside the walkout patio and sun room. Comfortable living room with cable and streaming big screen TV. Free wifi for streaming all TV's are Roku enhanced. Quiet east facing patio off the living room and you are only 20 paces away from one of the 3 heated pools available and a short walk to your own private beach entrance.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
The 2 sets of keys provided, can be left on the dining room table. Please make sure the patio doors are closed and locked.
Please take all the cushions off the patio furniture and place them in the storage containers on the patio. Please bring the 2 metal rocking chairs inside and place on the North wall of the condo.
Please turn off all ceiling fans in each room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property

As stated previously, we feel this area is Paradise. It has the beach town vibe with the slower pace that we love. But, it is less then an hour from Orlando/Kissimmee with all that it has to offer. The beach is wonderful and all the amenities available make VOS a wonderful place to stay
