Large pool and Spa. Right on the beach with awesome views. Golf cart friendly to shops and restaurants, but far enough to have a relaxed vibe.

The top floor boasts an airy, open-plan living/dining/kitchen area with vaulted ceilings and breathtaking views of the shimmering Gulf through the floor-to-ceiling windows. It opens onto a large deck with elevated ocean views. ** You can enjoy watching dolphins frolicking while sipping your morning coffee as you take in the majestic sunrise or unwind with a glass of wine while enjoying the sunset. Relax in the comfortable living room with a full couch that opens into a queen sleeper and other comfortable seating options around an electric fireplace with a 75 inch Smart TV and cable. ** The well-equipped kitchen has plenty of space to prepare delicious feasts and create unforgettable memories. The top floor houses a king bedroom, a full private bathroom, Smart TV, and direct access to a furnished covered deck with expansive ocean views. ** Unwind to the calming sound of waves at the Beach Walk after a fun-filled day.

On the first floor we have two king bedrooms with ocean view and doors opening on the deck. Each with 75" TV's and its own bathroom. One bunk bed room (twin over full bunk), also opening on deck and with its own bathroom.

** PETS WELCOME!
The large enclosed pool deck area and a doggie area on ocean side gives the doggies plenty of room.

We offer a range of pet-friendly supplies, including two large and two small stainless steel dog bowls. We also have a gate on the deck staircase, so the doggies can roam the decks on both levels. Our doggie likes to observe everything on the beach from the deck. ** We limit to 2 dogs.

** Restaurants: St George Island does not have commercial chains. It has fun, local restaurants where you can have a cold beer, oysters, and seafood. Across the bridge is Appalachicola, with great shopping, restaurants, and a brewery. Great vibe. ** Boat launch at the bridge at SGI or a multi-lane launch at Appalachicola.

We rent the house per week, with a Saturday turn. In the winter time, we can provide discounts if you want to rent for additional weeks.

Please note: We do accommodate a 4-night minimum in fall and winter.

First of all, this island is absolutely adorable. The entire vibe is warm and welcoming, and the locals truly have their own little slice of paradise. We are so grateful for their hospitality.We were able to connect with Jay at SGI Golf Carts, and he was fantastic. Our golf cart was ready and waiting for us when we arrived, and the customer service was truly top-notch. We’re especially thankful to a friend who recently visited and recommended renting a cart — it made exploring the island so easy and fun.The location of the house was phenomenal — just steps from the beach. We loved being able to bring our pups, coolers, and even a volleyball net down to the sand and spend the week soaking up the ocean views.We specifically chose this property because it advertised a heated pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, the pool heater was not working, and due to the frigid temperatures during Christmas break, we weren’t able to use the pool at all. That was disappointing.Aside from that issue, we truly enjoyed our time and would absolutely love to return to the island to experience its laid-back charm again.

This was the first time staying at this beachfront home out of over 30 years of vacationing at St. george. We love St. george and loved this beachfront home! The home was outstanding everyone in the family thought. If you didn’t want to get sand on you but love the ocean and it’s sound You could just sit on the deck and feel like you were right on the beach you are so close. The home was clean and well equipped with everything you could want or need. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed for cooking in and the pool and hot tub were perfect. Beach view was execellent and hot tub was perfect once i figured out how to use it. Maybe some instructions left in the unit for the hot tub would helpThe AC vents on the top floor were extremely dirty and lots of mold .The upstairs bed matress in the bedroom with beach view is really bad. The springs can be felt when laying on it. we switched to the other bedroom after the 2nd nightoverall, we loved the place and will book again in the future

Amazing house, beautiful pool and perfect location!

We just returned from a great week in this home. The location is perfect! A 10 minute bike ride to the town area, so close enough to restaurants, but felt quiet and remote. The pool is amazing. Great area around it for lots of chairs and truly has beachfront view! The beach is just steps away with a new walkway. Everything was perfect for our group!

June 25' family beach trip!

We've been coming to St George now for close to 20 years. This was our first time staying at this property, it is now one of our new favorites. The house is very nicely remodeled, with up to date features. I like that there was no carpet anywhere in the house. The house is also nicely furnished, and was clean. We have four kids which means lots of beach gear! I'm thankful that it was such a short walk to the beach. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend booking a stay at this property!Thank you Natalie

We hit the lottery! So can you!

This home exceeded our expectations- everything was great! Communicating with Natalie was always smooth and she responded timely. This was our first trip to SGI but it certainly won't be our last. We even acquired two great birthday desserts from "Sweet Miss Sara." The home was large enough for our party to spread out into our own quiet space. The dolphins were numerous in the water and we had a front row seat! I've stayed in many VRBOs from FL, PA, to three of the Hawaiian islands, and this home is more perfect than any of the others. THIS is your place! You wont regret it!

Great house on the Sand!

This house delivered. Right on the beach giving us easy access. Nice size bedrooms, most with their own bathrooms too. Good size kitchen with table that seats 10. Hot tub was nice, even in he summer. Next year there will be a pool, which will make the house amenities even better.

Fantastic. Gorgeous home literally sitting on the beach. Close to great restaurants, grocery and fishing. The views from each floor were priceless. The bottom stone deck with tons of seating and pool were amazing. Outside shower and water hoses for washing off after being at the beach were used frequently. The kayaks were a huge hit for us and easy to take to and from the beach with the wheeled carts; we paddled right out to see the many dauphins up close and even saw a couple of huge sea turtles. The living area was so nice with a large, comfortable reclining couch seats and an oversized TV, the kitchen table sat 10 comfortably and the kitchen was very well stocked. While there were a couple of hiccups (bath tub not draining and the pool) Natalie was super easy to reach and was on it! There was someone there immediately. To note for those with older adults in your party: the main master bedroom is on the top floor (4 flights of stairs) and the middle floor which has 3 bedrooms & private baths is up 2 flights of stairs, from the ground level. Parking was great we had 1 car, 1 SUV, 1 truck and a center console boat. The “Beach Walks” home was a fantastic stay making for a wonderful vacation and I would recommend this beautiful beach home to anyone. Thank you for having us!

We had a wonderful stay! Grandkids spent so much time enjoying the pool. Our stay was very relaxing. We loved watching dolphins from the deck. The host was amazing and so accommodating. Highly recommended!

Been coming to St George Island for 24 years. Love the small town, relaxed feeling with local restaurants and bars. We do not like the 30A setup with crazy traffic and no space on beach :-)
