This vacation two-story home is nestled on the Buena Vista lagoon to the east with partial ocean views to the west, within one of the most unique coastal enclaves in California. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and entrance for full privacy. The living room/dining room, fully-equipped kitchen and second level outdoor deck provide a spacious, open living area with beautiful views and ocean breezes.

The community is of French Provincial style homes reminiscent of the quaint coastal villages of France was founded in 1929.

The Association of single family homes has its own private beach with facilities and volleyball court. A lifeguard is on duty from the 4th of July weekend through Labor Day weekend. The community offers two tennis courts, pickleball courts and a paddle tennis court (paddle tennis and tennis rackets are provided for our guests).

Minutes away, the Oceanside/Carlsbad area offers shopping, restaurants, movie complexes and golf. The Oceanside Harbor is at the northern entrance to the city, and one of the original California missions, San Luis Rey in the Mission Valley, is 15 minutes inland. Legoland, in Carlsbad to the south, is approximately a 15 minute drive. San Diego, about 40 minutes to the south, offers the world renowned San Diego Zoo and Sea World.
