A-Frame Cabin - Private Backyard

Welcome to the A frame on Lake Osakis. Enjoy swimming, canoeing, paddle boating or playing yard games in the large private backyard. Don’t forget about fishing; Lake Osakis is a premiere fishing lake & the cabin is located on a Walleye spawning creek with its own private bridge!
The cabin features 2 bedrooms & a loft. The cabin has a full kitchen. Although small, you should be able to find all you need for your stay. The island can be moved by the fridge for more space, or can be moved into the kitchen for extra prepping area. There is NO dishwasher.
Lounge on the patio furniture on the front deck overlooking our walleye spawning stream & bridge, eat lunch at the picnic table by the lake's edge, or sit around the fire pit in the private, tree-covered backyard. Yard games and extra lawn chairs are available for your use. Wild grapes grow in the front yard-please enjoy! We provide a gate on the bridge to keep pets from accessing this part of the property if you are concerned. Please bring your own firewood. Please note that although children are allowed, the cabin is not baby proofed and should be supervised at all times.

Beautiful lake front with magical private creek

We loved our time here and would definitely stay here again! The A-frame is so cute and the property is perfect for paddle boarding, canoeing or kayaking. Host was very nice and attentive.

Such a great cabin.

Loved our stay. The cabin was modern yet cozy with plenty of amenities. The outdoor areas were well kept and spacious to allow for enjoying the lake. Lots of wildlife to watch. The owners were great communicators and very accommodating. Would recommend anyone to stay!

Nice cabin on quiet portion of wonderful lake.

Great cabin had everything we needed. Host was very responsive to all our messages and questions. Fishing was slow this opener (warm weather may have impacted this), but Osakis is a great lake. Cabin is on quieter northern portion of the lake with a very convenient boat launch close by.

Perfect little cabin!

We loved our stay at the A-Frame. The cabin is in excellent condition and the property is really unique and fun. We enjoyed the paddle boat and canoe, played frisbee in the big yard, had a campfire, and relaxed inside. The property is very private and the creek running through it is adorable. We will definitely be back!

Amazing cabin, steps from the water!

We had an amazing stay at the Osakis A-Frame. The cabin is spacious and has everything you need to enjoy a weekend on the lake. We enjoyed having the large yard and water access to play with our pup, a dock for our boat rental, and fishing in the creek! Plus, Sarah was super responsive and helpful when we had questions.

Stay at A Frame

The best VRBO lake experience in Minnesota! Cabin was immaculate and very tastefully appointed. Outside experience was equally well designed incorporating creek into the experience, gorgeous view of the lake and spaces to enjoy outside activities. Loved every minute of this stay, including responsiveness and attentiveness of the hostess. Will stay again! Thank you for creating such a special place to share!
