Great house and location

This property is great for large groups. Very clean and light. It is on a busy road but the entertaining space is around the back of the housee where it is much quieter. Huge amount of parking and in a great central location. Would definitely stay there again.

Great South Hampton Beach House!!

I spent a week in Brian's house this summer. The house is a perfect beach house, even better than the pictures depict it as. it was spacious and comfortable, with top appliances and a great grill in the backyard. I was with a group of 8 close friends and it fit our needs perfectly. It also is close to cooper's beach and the town. Brian was a great host, receptive and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this rental!!

Our 7 day stay was quite enjoyable due to the great accommodations in this great, and impeccably clean, welcoming home. Access to the beaches, the village of Southampton and it's great restaurants and shops, golf, the town of Sag Harbor, is quick and easy. Fantastic kitchen, and living and dining areas (in and out) make this a place to return to. The Owner (Brian) was very responsive and accommodating of our needs, we would certainly recommend this property to our friends. I expect that we will be back again soon. Rich H.

Great Weekend!

First and foremost Brian is the most attentive and amenable landlord one could hope to encounter. His home is beautifully designed with comfortable couches and beds. Location is key to this home as you are mins from town and beaches. I cannot recommend this home high enough.

Thanksgiving Weekend Getaway

My family and I rented this beautiful property for three nights to celebrate Thanksgiving all together. The house was exactly what we were looking for. Very clean, cozy and conveniently located off a main road. We got lucky with some amazing weather that Thursday so we enjoyed the outside sitting area as well. I loved the big dining room table, very spacy to fit a lot of food and people. (We ate so much) :) Also the reclining leather couch in the living room was sooooo comfy we really enjoyed watching some Netflix on the LG smart TV. Brian was a pleasure to work with and always very prompt in getting back to me. Overall we had a great relaxing weekend with our family and would definitely rent this property again plus recommend it to friends. Thank you Brian!

A one in a million vacation stay!!

Our stay was exceptional! The house was breathtaking with it's beach charm, cozy furniture, "pottery barn" decor, thoughtful layout, spacious rooms, and tons of space to accommodate many people/families. The home looks brand new and is kept in impeccable standing. We also loved the backyard, for it provided additional fun for my children, space for outdoor cooking, dinning and entertaining! It is located in the heart of Southampton and just a short distance from the beach, restaurant and stores. We couldn't have asked for anything more! We would recommend it to all and hope to stay again!

Beautifully decorated home

Perfect vacation home. House was larger than expected with all new amenities. Beautiful new kitchen with a large living room , front sitting room and dining room. The most comfortable beds and sheets. Very clean house with a nice outside dining area. Very private. I plan to return this summer.

Perfect location

The house is exactly as described. It is in a great location. Easy access to beach only short drive away. The house is new, really clean and very spacious. The bedrooms are big and the beds were really comftable. We were there with family and 3 kids. They have a great play room in the attic for the kids. The kitchen had everything needed for our stay. The yard is big and has a swing set for the kids. The owners were really easy to work with. They gave us some great restaurant options in the area. We can't wait to return to Southampton and if we do this house is definitely where we will be staying.
