We had a lovely time at this house! Matthew was a very responsive host. Thye house itself was very well equipped and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location was close to the beach and the beach itself was gorgeous! There was some construction across the street and ALOT of mosquitos - neither of which the host could do anything about.

Best house yet!

We have been renting a house in the Hamptons for the past 8 years and ou donnin law declared this to be our best house yet! We hope we can manage to all get together and book it again next summer. We loved that we could walk to the beach plus it was a short drive to John Scott’s surf Shack where we went more than once.

We had a lovely stay at this Westhampton Dunes House. The house was very clean, and had beautiful updated bathrooms It had all the amenities you could possibly need. The hosts were always responsive and accommodating. Very short walk to the beach . We were very pleased.

Great find in Westhampton. 5 min walk to the beach. Great pool with hot tub that heats up well. Beautiful bathrooms all recently renovated. Matt and Cheryl, who own and manage the property, are incredibly responsive and helpful if you have any questions before or during your stay.

Wonderful week at the beach

Everything was wonderful! The house was clean, comfortable, lovely and had everything that we needed including great beach towels and soft cozy linens on the beds. The beach was close by and easy to access and having a pool and hot tub at the house was the cherry on the top. We can't wait to return!!

Amazing getaway for birthday celebration!

We were a group of siblings celebrating a milestone birthday in early September. We were blown away by this beautiful house and serene setting. The well stocked kitchen and outdoor grill were conducive to preparing a gourmet meal for our large group. Matthew the host was so accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Wonderful Vacation Home

This is a beautiful home in a nice location with more amenities than you would expect. The beach is a short walk from the house and there is a heated pool/spa that is part of the deck/patio. The owner, Matthew, is a pleasure, answering all questions and accomodating his guests. Kids loved it too.
