ALL APARTMENTS HAVE:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: We have eight apartments they all have newly renovated bathrooms and kitchens and are the same layout. Larger in size than most apartments in the local area with spacious lounge/dining area. We can provide a porta cot and high chair on request. Also please just ask if you need a late checkout or early check in as we will help with this whenever we can. Every apartment has reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating. We have laundry onsite with a pay washing machine and dryer (also there is a laundry mat minutes up the road on Broadway. We provide you with fresh towels and linen as well as some tea and coffee supplies. The kitchen is well stocked with cutlery, plates, cooking utensils, oven, kettle, toaster, stove and full fridge. There is free wifi internet for you to use and a free car bay. 24 hours self-check in with swipe card access
The apartment has a master bedroom consisting of a queen bed with ensuite bathroom. There is a separate bedroom/enclosed balcony with a single bed that is also presented as a study off the lounge area. Enjoy the open plan kitchen/lounge area with a flat-screen TV and free wifi. This apartment has stair access only located on the top floor 1 flight up from the street level entrance.

You won't find may budget properties so close to UWA. We are in a fantastic location close enough for a walk down the River. A perfect central place to base yourself while here in Perth. We cater for long-term and short-term stays. We have great reviews and huge guest return rate.
What makes this property unique
Close to a great public school in Nedlands. A safe neighbourhood and many restaurants cafe's and walking distance to a huge supermarket is a wonderful bonus. UWA has a swimming lap only pool you can use (contact them for current rates)
