Recently renovated this 2 bedroom unit is located just steps from a powdery white sand section of spectacular Seven Mile Beach. The bathroom and kitchen were updated in October 2022. The setting is perfectly Caribbean; all the beauty and charm that paradise can offer is nested around you with all the modern day conveniences that you depend on - including advanced fiber Internet.

This condo is perfect for you and your friends/family who want to experience the jewel of the Caribbean that is Grand Cayman. Come and enjoy our little piece of the Island, all your home comforts in Paradise. Your here to relax!!!

Within walking distance of Camana Bay; a facility home to this Islands finest restaurants, bars and retail outlets. A movie theatre and medical centre are also conveniently located in Camana Bay.

"Location, Location" - ideally located in the heart of seven mile beach and west bay road, there are simply too many restaurants and bars to note. A detailed listing will be made available at the condo so you can plan your vacation and take advantage of the condos convenient address.

Local bus runs outside the unit that can take you to the local supermarket, turtle farm or exploring historical Georgetown.

There is snorkeling off the beach in front of the condo complex. Located in front of the complex is a kiosk next to the beach bar that rents jet skis and paddle boards.

Directly across the street is a small plaza with some restaurants, dive shop, souvenir shop and liquor store. Yoga Studio, Coffee Shop, Cinema at Camana Bay, Royal Palms Bar, all of these are within walking distance literally across the street.

The best location on the Island

Excellent location, it’s perfectly positioned on Seven Mile beach, with a nice little beach bar next door. All the bars and restaurants of Caymana Bay are a very short walk away over the foot bridge.

Great location and great property with lots of nice amenities! Easy beach access as well. Unit had everything we needed to eat in when desired, gear for the beach, etc. Parking is super convenient if you have a car. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed in this condo and loved it. It was walking distance to a lot of restaurants, the shops, and best of all right by the beach! We spent most of our time there and took the public bus to a couple places. Very nice condo and perfect for a small family as well.

Excellent accommodations! We were able to walk to a variety of places, including a quick walk to the liquor store and grocery stores. Also had a nice beach and pool. A really nice second visit

We stayed here in 2019, while the Royal Palms Beach Club was at its peak and they had the rights to the beach. In 2025, the club is being rebuilt and the beach is now completely empty and back to it's natural state. Plenty of room for people to spread out. Beautiful sunsets. Pool area is still very nice and well maintained. Inside of the unit was spotless and well equipped for a long term stay. Complete cable package. Air conditioning had no issues with keeping the condo very comfortable. Both outdoor patios are a huge asset. Check-in was very easy. Always a pleasure to visit Grand Cayman and Island Pine Villas.
