Condo Across from Johns Pass

Just thirty minutes from Tampa International airport the beautiful white sand of Madeira Beach, Florida. Enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico, intercostals and the Famous Johns Pass Village from this three bedroom unit.

Hear the waves crashing against the shore while falling asleep, shop footsteps away in the charming shops or grab a bite to eat at a host of restaurants. Take a cruise to see dolphins or place a wager on the casino cruise.

Our beachfront Condo is located in a building with a secured elevator and covered parking space. The property has been renovated and the unit newly redecorated.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, huge walk-in closet and private bath. The second bedroom with two beds connects to another bathroom.

The third bedroom has one bed. Washer and dryer on site. The kitchen is fully equipped for a meal with your family or drinks with your friends before you go to many restaurants in the area.

The beach Trolley stops out front to take you to other areas along the beach. Movie theaters, museums, aquariums, a wildlife refuge, and a planetarium are in the area.

Just a short drive from the comforts of your condo you can enjoy Disney World, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, etc. There are wave runner rentals for water activities, charter boats for fishing and, of course, miniature golf for the whole family.

Bring your cares and troubles, leave them to the peace that comes with a walk on the sands of Madeira Beach. See ya soon!

I love how well the owner Glenn communicated with me prior to arriving. Location relative to the beach and Johns pass boardwalk were exactly what we were looking for and easily accessible. Beds were good and the condo was clean. If heading to Florida will definitely consider coming back.

Great 3 bedroom condo for the price and location

The condo has 2 masters but one has 2 beds and the other room has a queen. The beds aren’t the most comfortable but that won’t keep us from coming back. The location is top notch. Complex is very friendly but can get loud at night from kids running around, but they were having fun. Glenn was awesome to work with and a great communicator. I will definitely be back when I travel with a large group again.

Great location

The condo was a nice size. Balcony has a nice view of the bridge and causeway. Beach is very nice. There are plenty of restaurants in the area that you can walk to. Glenn was very easy to work with. The dryer wasn’t working right and Glenn had an electrician fix it the next day. We will rent again.

Great location!

If you’re looking for lots to do within walking distance this is the perfect location! So many restaurants/activities within a very short walk. We had no issues with the condo itself, the only downside we experienced was the size of the pool for how many condos/people there are (which is no fault to the condo owner). The outside noise didn’t bother us much and is to be expected when you’re staying in a busy area but just something to note if that bothers you. It is an older building but it served our needs-the condo itself was quite roomy and comfortable.

Great Place

Our Stay at Beach Place and this condo was great. The place was very clean, the check in process was very easy, Owner was great to deal with. The condo has been updated from the pictures on this listing which was a great surprise when we arrived. There was updated bedding & bathroom items, leather sofas, flooring had been replaced (no carpet), new appliances and a laundry room was not pictured (amazing to have that). The condo was stocked with a lot of towels which was a plus because that is always an issue when we travel. The kitchen had everything you needed and more. Some beach items were there as well which was great, umbrella, chairs, floats, boogie boards, a few toys (nice to not have to buy all that for our trip). We had a great time and would recommend this place to others and hopefully we can stay here again in the future.

Noisy neighbors

Neighbors in apt 205 were extremely loud from 12:30 am until 5:30 am from the 3rd of May thru the 5th. They were fighting, screaming, and throwing stuff around the apartment. Other neighbors brought it to managements attention which did not get resolved. The police were called on the 5th at 10:00 pm. They told them to be quiet which they did and advised management should have taken care of this issue. No sleep for four days. There were no issues with the accommodations and the condo was great other than those issues.

I am retired now and enjoy coming from our home in Southern California to be on the beach with its warm water, and to visit family that live in Madeira Beach.

Why they chose this property

We enjoy walking on the beach early in the morning and spending time with family that live close by. We are on the first floor, so it's just a few steps to the beach, pool, and our condo's single parking space. The coastal vibe is very apparent. Time to take things easy.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is on the first floor of the beach side building at Beach Place. There is easy access to the beach, pool,and our unit's single parking space. It is just across the street from John's Pass Village with its shopping, dining, and watercraft rentals with easy and safe access by walking under the bridge to Treasure Island and points south of there.
