Centrally located to the Weirs, all Lake Winnipesaukee activities and NH’s White Mountains! Walking distance to the Weirs Boardwalk, the beach, restaurants and more. Minutes drive to Funspot, Meredith, Bank of NH Concert Pavilion, The Margate Resort, Ellacoya State Park and Gunstock Mountain.
Perfect location to rest between hiking, boating and enjoying all the lakes region has to offer!
2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium.
-Primary bedroom has lake and mountain views with a queen bed and plenty of storage.
-The second bedroom has an ensuite, renovated full bathroom and includes a twin bed and a queen bed.
-Full size pull-out couch in the living room and another renovated full bathroom down the hall.

Fully appointed kitchen including Keurig, toaster and microwave. On-site outdoor saltwater pool, swing set, basketball court, tennis court, trash, parking & laundry. A/C, Wi-Fi included. 65 inch smart TV in the living room.

Dine and relax outside on the patio with a private gas grill and landscaped lawn while enjoying the scenic lake and mountain views!

Lake weekend

Great location for access to the beach, popular pier area, arcades. Saltwater pool & playground on the property were a hit with our 2 & 4 year old. Laundry is in a separate building and you need to buy a card.

Great Unit close to Weirs Beach

The unit was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of clean towels and fresh sheets. Pool was a welcome addition in the summer heat as well as it being super close to all the restaurants and action on Weirs Beach. We also went to the concert venue less than 15 minutes away. Great stay!

Overall very nice & clean. Close to so many restaurants, Weirs Beach and things to do. Wi-Fi connections kept going off, which included the TV. Also no safety bars or slip resistance strips in the showers

Awesome weekend thank you

We had a great time, the place was clean and updated. We had everything we needed. Is centrally located, we had out boat at the marina and was just a 10 min drive down the hill. The communication was excellent. Thank you we will be back.

Beautiful fall weekend

The condo was very clean. we walked down to the lake and to the town from the condo. The scenery and facility was very pretty! We drove into Meridith and did some shopping …what a cute little town with everything! Great help from the hosts with some instructions on the tv! They were so helpful and wanted to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Thanks Great communication from
