Beautiful lake home with private aluminum dock system on Saratoga Lake just minutes from downtown Saratoga Springs. This air conditioned 3 bedroom home is loaded with amenities that will guarantee a comfortable stay. One king sized bed and two queen sized beds. Time to relax and enjoy the lake!!! Enjoy beautiful sunrises from the deck or enclosed porch and keep a watchful eye for bald eagles. Canoe, tandem kayak, paddles, and life jackets provided! This property will comfortably sleep six. Central heating and air conditioning, Roku TV, Wi-Fi, private parking, gas grill, bluetooth speaker, enclosed screened/glassed porch, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, family room, washer/dryer, and outdoor patio set.
The home is a quiet retreat directly on Saratoga Lake in a private community.
Plenty of off-street parking on the paved driveway. If bringing a boat you may park your boat trailer in an additional space that we can make available to you for no additional charge.
This home has been in our family for approximately thirty-five years. We are happy to share our home with you and hope you make some beautiful memories as our family has over the years.
