The Space:

This cozy retreat features a plush queen bed in the loft and a convenient queen sofa bed in the living room, offering comfortable accommodation for up to 2 guests. The renovated kitchen boasts brand new appliances, perfect for whipping up delicious meals after a long day of adventure in the mountains.

The whole condo is yours!

Located in Tomboy Lodge - central location in downtown Telluride.

Other Things to Note:

Washer/Dryer:

- There is a coin laundry room in the building on the first floor, please bring quarters as there is no cash exchange machine.

Hot Tub:

- Hot tub is shared with our complex and has amazing mountain views! Our hot tub is one of the only hot tubs open year round! 9AM -8:45PM

Lofty Bedroom:

- The queen bed is located in the loft, guest must be comfortable with utilizing the ladder to access. The ceilings are low/angled in the loft so you will not be able to stand up completely there. Ladder maximum weight rating: 250lbs

Parking:

- We have 1 free space available in the condo's parking lot for our guests. Utilize parking pass inside the unit.

AC:

- We added a portable AC unit to our unit to keep our loft cool in the Summer!

Children/Infants:

- Please note we do not allow children under the age of 12 to stay in our unit due to the ladder we have going to the loft. If you do bring a child 12 or older, please ensure you feel comfortable with them climbing the ladder.

Sofa bed:

- Queen sized sofa bed located in living room. Linens are in the dresser in the loft. We recommend using this bed for those who do not feel comfortable with using the ladder or sleeping in the loft - it is so comfortable that we actually choose to sleep here when we visit!

We will not be around to meet you, however we are available via messenger.

It was a fantastic stay. Great location, easy check in and check out, accurate listing. The only constructive feedback we would give is cleanliness was lacking a bit. We had a couple towels that had stains on them and looked unwashed. There were also some dishes that needed to be rewashed. Overall a great spot to stay in telluride!

GREAT location in a quiet part of town but still walkable to everything Telluride has to offer. The property has some deferred maintenance in the bathroom as described by other visitors but aside from that was clean and as described. I also feel like the listing inferred that the hot tub was for just this unit but in reality it sits in the middle of several condo buildings in the area and is shared by all of them.

Thanks for the feedback! We actually have the tub/shower reglaze scheduled for August 2026 as we are aware the previous glaze applied did not work. Our hot tub is for our HOA only - but definitely not for our specific unit only.

Excellent communication from the host and a smooth check in/check out. The place was clean and mostly as described, except for the bathroom. The photo of the shower condition is not at all accurate, it’s very stained/scuffed and there’s an unpleasant odor in the bathroom. A full size coffee pot would have been nice, too.

We are scheduled to refinish the shower/tub in August 2026 - the previous owners applied a glaze that is starting to come off.
