Villa Castiglioni is located between Villa D'Este five stars resort and Villa Oleandra owned by a Hollywood star George Clooney.
The rental property occupies the whole upper ground floor( 220 sqmt), and a garden level floor( 76 sqmt).
It is very private as the quests enter from the private garden overlooking the lake with fantastic panoramic views of Lake Como and surrounding hills.
The other two apartments in the villa have the entrance from the back yard and use the elevator .There are second homes, used mainly during the weekends.
The rented LUXURY UPPER GROUND LEVEL APARTMENT( 220 sqmt) has 2 bedrooms( queen size bed in the master bed room )+ 2 twin beds which CAN BE JOINED together, extra long beds), 2 spacious and lavish bath rooms, one with a hot tube Teuco and the second one with a power shower Teuco,80sqmt living- dining room , and a fully equipped kitchen. There 2 more sofas in the living room. The whole property is air conditioned except the second bedroom which has a direct access to the terrace and is equipped with a last generation fan.
All the windows and french doors are equipped with the electric shutters to assure to our quests a good night' sleep.
In the GROUND LEVEL APARTMENT ( 76 sqmt) you will also find a third bedroom with 2 twin beds that CAN NOT BE JOINED together , spaciuos and with a natural light third bath room , wellness room with TECNOGYM equipment,laundry /drying /ironing facilities. This apartment is also airconditioned.
This smaller apartment is cozy and comfortable but not as luxuries as the main one.
Black out curtains are just perfect for a goodnight's sleep.

The Interior design of this property was made by a renowned studio of Milan.

The outdoor features a panoramic terrace for outdoor dining with a crystal table for 8, a private garden with a hot tube for 4, HEATED BY SUN ,sun beds and umbrella. During the hot summer months the temperature in the jet tube is no less than 30-35 degrees C.
The whole property has a private access from a manicured garden facing the Lake Como.

Tennis courts and golf corse are located in a short distance, a ferry dock and a bus stop are also at a walking distance from the property. The villa seats on top a hill in 100 mt from the lake shore . The closest public beach is at a walking distance. Also there are pedestrian paths with breathtaking panoramic views, just in front of the gate of the villa.
