Marek, our host, was wonderful. He sent us all of our check in information prior to our arrival so it was seamless. He was so organized and responsive! The villa was spotless and had everything that we needed-comfortable bed and sheets. Plenty of towels, dishes, cookware, even bikes.

Great Villa in Naples, Florida

Had a wonderful stay, our 4th time on Briarwood and without doubt this was the best Villa yet. Good communications with Marek. The unit is well equipped with a lovely interior. Pool is great for all ages & the location is perfect for exploring all of Naples.

Nice Return to Briarwood

This was our 2nd visit to Briarwood, it took 6 years to get back after COVID, its a beautiful community. The owner Marek is a pleasure to deal with, quick to communicate and understanding. The house is very comfortable, has everything you need, the pool area gets all day sun but you can retreat to the shaded outdoor dining table if need be. You are close to downtown, the beach, great shopping and restaurants. Great vacation!!!

We had an excellent time at best vacation villa. The home is spotless and beautiful. The home is completely outfitted with anything you need. The pool area is stunning. Fantastic!

As we approached the property it was tree lined and beautifully kept. Once inside we felt at home straight away. It was just as described in the property details and was more than we could have hoped for. There was plenty of good quality kitchen equipment well laid out. Towels were fresh, soft and clean and plentiful, as was the linen. The furnishings were of a good quality and there was plenty of space. Pool area was great for relaxing and enjoying the outside. Communication from the owner was almost immediate. We are looking to return next year!

Great stay in Naples for AYF Nationals

We stayed at this property in December 2024. The house was exactly like the pictures. I appreciated the cleanliness of the home, particularly the pool area. It was immaculate. It was a little bit on the colder side during our stay, but still warm enough to get in the pool most days. One suggestion would be to make sure the pool heater is on before you come down if it will be a cold week and that it is turned up high enough to enjoy on a chilly SoFlo day. The property manager was great and easy to work with. Overall it was a great stay for my wife, son and myself while in Florida for a national football tournament. Book without hesitation.

Beautiful house, convenient location

Even before booking, Marek was very responsive. He answered a few questions I had about the property. The day before, I received all of the information we needed to access the home. The home is beautiful, clean and well organized. The kitchen has the tools you need for cooking meals. It is the most well stocked VRBO we have rented. The kids enjoyed the bikes and sport equipment! Marek checked in during our stay to make sure things were going well. We really appreciated the little things too - nightlights, plenty of towels, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, cleaning supplies, soft sheets and blankets. We had a lovely stay and would rent this house again!
