Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A government issued photo ID is required and guest must sign the contract electronically. The minimum age to rent is 25.
A security deposit of $300 will be held and released within 3 business days if no damage or violation of rules.
No Pets and No Smoking allowed & $1,000 is the penalty for violation. Additional charge for exceeding max guests is $500 per guest.
