We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and had plenty of space for our group of 6 adults. The host was very quick to respond to our questions. I will warn it’s a 3rd floor unit with no elevator. This wasn’t a problem for us though. It’s also in a great location. A quick 10 minute drive to both the airport and the Historic Crew stadium and there’s plenty places within walking distance to eat and hang out. We will be back for sure!

There was a grocery store within two minutes and a number of other shops as well. And the facility was clean and organized, and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Location was nice. Close to many good restaurants. Beyond the basics, it was generally unclean (thick dust on blinds, large stains all over the carpets). Paint spatters on the floors in every room.

Great location. Clean and overall nice condo. Be aware, however, that this is a third floor walk up, There is no elevator. The owner was extremely responsive. Really comfortable Mattress, which is a huge plus.

Very clean apartment. Tom was very quick to respond to any questions and we had zero issues with our stay. Two parking passes for free parking were provided to us which worked out great since we had two cars that required parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property as advertised!

Great property as advertised. Came into town for an Ohio State football game and this was the perfect stay for us, within walking distance of the stadium. Place was clean and tidy and the whole check-in check-out process was seamless!

Nice condo, exactly as described in the listing. The mattresses were very firm, which is not my preference, but other than that it’s. A good place. We were originally given the wrong code for the door but that was quickly resolved. Communications from the host were very fast and very responsive.

Location was great and easy to get to. The place was pretty clean but definitely needs a deep clean. Carpet needs replaced and walls are a little banged up. Things are broken like toilet paper dispenser was not bolted properly so would not stay on. Blinds are busted and missing panels. No extra blankets or sheets for fold out couch fyi. Pool area was also not open when we were there. Overall, everything worked out so no major complaints.

Quiet, comfortable sanctuary

Our family of 6 stayed here for a conference it was a great place to relax and rest during our busy week. I really appreciated how efficient and attentive the hosts were to answering any of our questions. The apartment was very clean and everything was in working order.Even though you're surrounded by neighbors the area is quiet. We felt very safe,

Host had great communication. Apartment was clean. Area was quiet, even on a gameday. The only thing to note is that without curtains, there is a lot of light that floods in at night in all bedrooms from the apartment parking lot lights.

The contact of host is incredible! There were no issues for the trip. Please note: there is NO elevator access, outdoor stairs only. I will definitely use this host again! Location is about 15min from the convention center. *I did not use pool facilities so I cannot accurately review*

Place was nice for what we needed. Didn't spend a lot of time there. The stairs to front door were a bit much. Wasn't a very homey or cozy place...... no decor on walls. Tv in bedroom would have been nice.

College Visit

This is close to campus and easy to get to and from campus from here. Place has a little wear and tear from rentals but ideal for a weekend near campus. I wish the description let you know it is a walk up unit without elevator access. Was considering renting again and bringing grandparents but will not accommodate them without an elevator. Great for a weekend visit

It was a nice place, but not set up well for cooking/ eating. Also, not set up up well for remote work. There kithen had a minimal amount of dishes and silverware for a place that sleeps 6. We had to wash dishes after every meal. Instead of running the dishwasher each time, I wasn't dishes by hand, but there was no dish rack for them to dry. There also was no table. There were two seats at the bar area. There wasn't even a coffee table in front of the couch. We brought our cooler in and used it as a table in front of the couch. All that said, it was a nice place is a safe area. We own a short term rental as well and I offer these things as constructive critism.
