Clean inviting space. Great location, close to several skiing areas. Use of the attached garage was excellent to keep the car from getting extra snow and letting all the snow gear drip dry for the next days adventures. Highly recommend.

Perfect New Year's stay

The property was just as described. Large enough for a family of 6 with a large table to enjoy breakfast and dinner. Kitchen had all the necessary utensils to make any meal. The large washer and dryer was a plus. The location was also good. Made our New Year's stay perfect.

The house was clean and decorated well, but the first night we got there the toilet was not working in one of the bathrooms. I contacted someone no one ever replied, and the garage door is ready to fall off, and the dishes from the previous renters were never washed and left moldy in the dishwasher.

House was shared by 6 adults and it was very cleaned and updated. Plenty of room and comfortable furniture. With the weekend being warmer than usual we could have enjoyed air conditioning, but 4 fans helped.

The quiet location on the edge of town but nestled next to cornfields and the prairie. A pleasant layout for gatherings and conversation, terrific water pressure and a hot water tank that kept up, and the high school marching band serenaded us on our first morning at 7 am. Ski weekend

House was bigger then we expected. Was able to park in the garage at night and also they had drive way plowed regularly so no issues before and after our days skiing. Information about codes etc came in a timely fashion too

Conveniently located

The house was decorated very cute and had most everything you would need. Some of the rooms had a stale smell in them - old smoke and/or a pet. We showed up to the house and both front and back yard were full of dandelions and looked like the lawn had not been mowed in weeks. We could not get anyone to help us or give us an update on someone to mow the lawn. The house was conveniently located to downtown petoskey.

House was remodeled with new furniture and appliances. Communication was excellent. But the dishes pots, and pans were not cleaned from previous guests. Door lock was not working, and the one of the toilet was not working (2 toilets in the house).
