WINTER DRIVING
Estes Park`s snow plow crew is excellent, ensuring regular clearing during snowstorms. However, significant blizzards can cause delays. Given our 8,000-foot elevation and heavy snowfall from October to May, we strongly recommend AWD or 4WD vehicles. Our maintenance team will plow/shovel the driveway. We also provide shovels and ice melt at the property for your convenience.

+ Occupancy: Max 8 guests; Primary renter must be 25+.
+ Rental Agreement: Signed rental agreement due upon booking.
+ Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Please respect our neighbors).
+ Security: Exterior cameras are in place for safety; tampering is prohibited.
+ Strictly Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, Open Fires, and Parties/Events.
+ Peace of Mind: Enjoy your stay with $1500 in `All-Risk` damage protection included with every booking.
