House was in a quiet location. Short drive from Anderson University and Clemson. Very comfortable for 4 people. Can easily accommodate 8. Multiple family areas to have fun! Walk to lake/dock was steep with a good path. Would definitely stay there again. Communication/check in/check out process with property owners was excellent.

Yes, it was family friendly & close to beautiful parks, playgrounds, downtown Anderson. The barbecue restaurant was great!

We stayed here for a fishing tournament on Lake Hartwell, and thus was a perfect rental for our family! Peaceful and quiet with room for everyone to relax. The downstairs game room was a hit with our teenagers, and the hosts were extremely helpful and responsive to the questions we had! We will definitely look for this one the next time we are in town!

Great Place

Great Lake house for the weekend. Dock and water were great, everyone enjoyed the pool table in the basement.

Great stay at the lake.

Had a great time with family at this house on lake Hartwell. Great space for getting together and hanging out. Loved fishing off the dock with the kids and playing cards at night with family. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Very clean and house is well laid out. Made good use of the games throughout our stay. Easy access to Clemson and Anderson Universities. Also close to a cafe and restaurant both with great food. Will definitely stay again in the future.

What a great little stay! Only complaint I have is that it was a little chilly so I couldn’t enjoy the lake. Plenty of space for the whole family. The host was very gracious. Would definitely go back!

Pros: Great location on the lake with good access to Clemson. The dock is nice and it was nice having the canoe for use. The game room and basement area were nice for hanging out with plenty of games to choose from. Plenty of space for 11 people. Cons: The house needed to be cleaned better. The kitchen was a little grimy, but the house is older so some of that is to be expected. The water pressure is really bad.

Clemson game stay

This property was great in October! We had a great stay, plenty of room, lots of outdoor space for the kids and a game room downstairs. The owners were extremely helpful when we left a valuable item and returned it to us. .

Clemson game weekend

Nice property and would go back. They are missing fans in the bedrooms and a dishwasher but the property is nice and right on the lake with its own dock.

Great location, deep water dock, house with plenty of space & rooms. We had (5) 16 yo's that spent 99% of the time inside in the basement area, they loved it. Communication was great. A few dislikes: water pressure in all bathrooms was subpar, need a keurig (k cups are life), master bed needs mattress topper, it's very hard, the hill from house to dock is not for the unfit! The outdoor furniture on screen deck could use upgrade for comfort, as well as livingroom couch, I would suggest a sectional to make better use of the room, move game to basement or foyer. Signing in to streaming services was not user friendly, we went back home and got our Roku because we couldn't figure out how to login with hosts. Upgrade to bigger livingroom tv.
