The check-in process was seamless, the property manager was great at providing the details. We checked in around dinner time. Arrived cooked dinner. As we left our dinner to cool on the stove top, we noticed it was covered in cockroaches. After counting the 24th cockroach, we decided to leave the unit. Walking around the unit we noticed there were an over abundance of cockroach traps. When the property manager communicated with us the next day, after we had reached out the previous evening, his response implied it was common for there to be a lot of cockroaches due to construction happening upstairs. He offered to come back in and spray and to put out additional traps. We didn’t feel comfortable returning to the unit.

Great place to relax and enjoy Maui

Great condo with good space, handy kitchen and comfortable bed. Easy walk to beaches where we saw whales everyday and beautiful sunsets. Easy walk to Foodland and great dining options too.

The condo is very comfy, and it has all the facilities that you might need on the trip. Robert was pretty helpful, we accidentally got locked out because of the date settings on the security key, but Robert was able to respond and resolve within an hourA/C doesn't work all that well to cool the entire property, but the fan kept us cool

Maui Beach apartment

The apartment was in the ideal location to shops, stores and beaches. With the keyless lock made it extremely easy to come and go. The apartment was stocked with beach chairs, snorkel gear and coolers.

Everything was perfect as expected, right down to the details. The condo was in a great location for either exploring the rest of the island or staying local. The pool was fantastic for cooling off after a long day right before walking down to the beach to catch the sunset. Overall a great experience!

Ideal location in paradise!

We wish we could have stayed longer than 5 nights because the condo is fabulous! It is within walking distance to the beach and shopping areas, as well as close proximity to major roadways for convenient travel! Charming property

This is a well located condo close to all amenities. The condo is well supplied with everything we needed to start your vacation including towels and beach chairs. It made our stay so easy. We could get on the beach with all the fun equipment right there. We enjoyed our stay here. We hope to return soon.

Value for money

Robert's property is centrally located and close to most of the places you are likely to visit on a trip to Maui. The place has a kitchen and has a very good bang per buck. We spent most of time outside and used this place to crash at night and it did a great job for this purpose.
