This newly renovated stylish house sleeps up to 12 and is the perfect quiet retreat - a pool, a hot tub and all on a quiet street just minutes from Goose Creek Beach, the adorable Croteaux Winery, Southold General, the Southold Fish Market, several farm stands and North Fork Table and Inn.

This house was recently renovated and decorated and every sofa, lamp and bed are brand new. The property has every amenity for a relaxing getaway - lounge chairs, outdoor dining table, hot tub, pool, outdoor grill, toys for the kids - you name it - all in a secluded spot on a quiet cul-de-sac.

Peace and relaxation are yours to be had in this little sanctuary - we hope you love it!

Our family of 9 had a great time in the house. The kids loved the playroom, so much to do and the kids bedroom was fun. The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. Bedrooms very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi.

Southold family vacation

The house was beautiful. There are many lovely rooms to socialize in. The pool was amazing as was the hot tub. The bedrooms were comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed all that the north fork had to offer such as biking, swimming, wineries, beaches, parks, and breweries. It was a special place and many memories were made

Perfect Family Getaway at the Peconic Pearl

We recently stayed at Therese's home in Southold with our family and friends (4 adults and 3 kids under 5) and it was absolutely perfect! The house, pool, and amenities were all fantastic and exceeded our expectations. It was truly a home away from home, especially for families with young children. The listing really doesn't do the place justice! There were kids’ dishes, a whole playroom with toys, and various fun things in the backyard to keep the entire family entertained. Everything was beyond comfortable and every detail had been thoughtfully considered. There was a minor hitch during check-in, but Therese was readily available and we resolved it quickly. Her property manager, Peter, is also super responsive and local, which was reassuring to know should anything come up. The house itself was super clean and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. We will definitely be back in the future! A special thank you to Therese and her family for opening up their home to us. Therese's thoughtfulness went above and beyond - she even left us a lovely gift upon check-in, which was a delightful touch.
