Welcome to Peachtree Home, a recently renovated home within a few minutes from the colleges. Peach #1 is a wonderful, stylish 2 bedroom apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood.
It boasts a spacious living room with new flat screen TV, a fireplace, two newly designed bedrooms and a renovated bath with off street parking for your convenience. Books and games to enjoy are provided for your chill time at home. You may also enjoy roasting some marshmallows at the fire pit.
Peach #1 was recently renovated therefore the decor is updated including the new mattresses. You will surely enjoy a sweet night’s sleep!
The kitchen includes a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher. We also have an iron and ironing board and blow dryer for your convenience.
This home is very central, (LU"s backyard) conveniently located off of popular Timberlake Rd where you will find all the shopping and restaurants you need. Be sure to stop by County Smoak nearby and taste the most heavenly brisket you have ever had. Tell Ken the owner we sent you! :-)

Peach #1 is an apartment. There are neighbors below you so you may hear them and vice versa. We ask you to be considerate of the noise level between the hours of 10PM and 8AM.
