Do your laundry using the "in unit" washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board.

This is a 2nd floor unit so you only need to take one flight of stairs, or you can use the elevator for your convenience.

An elevator located through a covered walkway from the pool area will take you to the street level at Calhoun Village on the Parkway. (NOTE: THIS ELEVATOR IS DOWN FOR REPAIRS. DUE TO LEGAL ISSUES, IT WILL TAKE TIME TO FIX IT.)

The condo has exterior security cameras. Tampering with security cameras, smoke detectors, or fire extinguishers will result in cancellation of reservation with no refund.

Please buy travel Insurance. No chargebacks or refunds on fees or amenity breakdowns.

We do NOT allow occupancy over 6 guests. No visitors or house parties.
